Tried to charge my elderly mother almost $1000 in services that weren’t needed. Lied and stated he changed an o2 sensor for free and upon taking it to a different mechanic was told the sensor wasn’t changed and was rusted on. Said she needed a new battery when she didn’t and it turned out the only issue was a single spark plug. When my son picked up my mother’s car and told the manager he was going to repair the van himself, the manager went off on him (he was a 17 year old child).

My son left a negative review about the experience and then deleted it… the manager PRINTED OFF THE DELETED REVIEW and hung it up for a YEAR waiting for my mother to finally come back so he could try and screw her some more and proceeded to show it to her and tell her my son was incredibly disrespectful, etc.

The lack of integrity and professionalism by the manager is not only astonishing, but disgusting. No wonder he used to own his own business that went under.

I wouldn’t take a bicycle to this guy. BTW - print this one off and cry about it if you want. I won’t be...

Absolutely great service, I was a little skeptical after speaking to an employee to initially schedule my oil change but I was beyond impressed with the mechanic who had changed my oil.

I had come in on time for my appointment at 4:30 and the mechanic (who's name was Ed) was visibly overwhelmed and understaffed for the amount of services he had to perform for the night. He had apologized countless times but mentioned I may need to leave my car overnight, however he would try his best to have it done before close. I told him not to worry and went about my night. My car was ready by 6 pm, and when I went to pick it up and pay I was surprised as the total was only $10 as Ed had used an old coupon he had. Ed then refused to accept any sort of tip or any compensation for the great job he did, so the least I could do was write this review.

I'm not sure how other mechanics at this autoshop are, but Ed was extremely kind and efficient which was very impressive given the amount of stress he was under. 10/10...

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!!! Had an appt for noon, got there at 11:30 am sat there until 12:15. They still hadn't brought my car in (I was the only customer there and they guys working there were talking and having a good old time in the garage). I asked them when they were going to get to my car and one guy said "we'll get to it". Finally at 1:00pm he pulls my car in for an alignment...takes it for a test drive, brings it back in garage again then at 2:45pm comes out and says its done. Got in my car and my key ignition, shifter and radio were covered in grease. They had changed my radio station! There was also big globs of grease on my hood and door. Why are these guys still employed here? Not to mention they are rude and smart mouths! This place has horrible reviews but yet nothing is being done about it. I wish I would have checked the other reviews before I wasted my time and money...
