Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Champion

So where do I begin? I called Pizza Hut up last minute , I'm guessing and a warm and friendly voice greets me and tells me that her names,"Lily" and they're open and seating in the dining room til' 10 pm. Great! We'll see you in a few, she says. As soon as we walk int he door, Lily greets us and we all instantly make jokes and kind-hearted humor, and what would ya know!? Lily is sharp, witty and responds back with just as brilliant wit and a smile you could see through her face-mask! We are visiting our old home of Carthage NY after some 20+ years and most residents aren't that friendly, but this young Lady is everything you want in a Customer Service Rep! Sure she's a Hostess and Server, but let's be real. She went above and beyond in that endeavor and then some! Friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and the list goes on. What could have been another hum-drum experience back-home had us leaving the restaurant with smiles, laughter, and we all wanted to find this Store and leave a positive comment. Well Done Lilly and also tot he Staff, the food was great as well....We appreciated the young lady that prepared all of our food coming tot he front of the store and tanking us for paying her a compliment.

I dont know what the rest of Americas Pizza-Huts are doing, but between Lilly and her fellow staff members, Pizza Hut needs to seek them out and use their staff for future Customer Service Training!

I order from here a lot an allways seem to get the excuses from employees on why they forgot the extra sauce I ordered or drinks etc. I called talked to a manager about it an they said won't happen again here is a $10 credit I'm like okay.. next time I ordered for delivery to my home they did it again. Forgot my sauces an drink.. So I called talk to another manager again an was told they had very few people there an things happen sometimes when ur understaffed. I said no it happens all the time. He explained to me that they don't have enough employees for the work load an apologized again.. I said something to the delivery driver (Dawn) an she told me she does everything because they don't have enough people working there. Cleaning, delivery, dishes, taking orders etc, that she to has a hard time keeping up. Hire more people there r plenty of people that want to work! Well manager explains well do u want another credit on ur account I said NO I want what I ordered! Not brought back to be 20 mins later then my food is cold but I have the extra sauces smh just want my order right it's not rocket...

This is my favorite pizza hut in the north country. It's the smallest little joint, maybe has 10 tables/booths in it if I'm guessing. Small staff - only a few people on at a time which makes it so friendly as you can get to know people if you're a regular. The current manager Alex is the best this place has ever had! When they have the pizza hut delivery drivers working they do a stellar job, most of the time. People are still human so I do expect problems occasionally but they're always happy to fix it if given a chance to.

Only downside to this place is when it's super duper busy on occasion, the wait can get decently long as it's still only a small joint with only so many working. But they do well and the food is good. Door dash also sucks too, but that's only used when a PH driver isn't working so that'll only...
