We stayed this hotel under a hotel block for a wedding. I booked a room with two queen beds and pre-paid. Once I arrived I was told I booked two separate king bed rooms. I know this was incorrect but went along with it. I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee. I found this odd and asked to have the fee charged to the card on file. They said it had to be cash so I gave them the fee of $10 because we were in a bit of a rush to get into our room. The room was dirty and outdated. Both beds had dirt and what appears to be crushed up leaves in both beds. I went to unload our cooler and the fridge was filled with mold and smelled bad. All of our food we brought spoiled and was not able to be eaten. There is a sign in the bathroom that alerts you that towels are monitored and you will be charged for missing towels. It gave the feeling they will charge for anything. Later in the evening, my boyfriend went to front desk to ask for more towels and was told her needed to pay a $45 dollar fee (unsure for what). He said it felt they would not let him leave and continued to badger so he gave the front desk cash for the fee to be able to leave the interaction. He alerted this to me when he returned to the room and I told him this feels like a scam and if there were true fees they would charge to the card on file. Read moreAdequate at best. Called to make a reservation to see if the price online was accurate yep it was. Everything else was booked. Smelly hallways. Musty rooms. Arrived at 10 pm to a hot room and couldn’t turn window unit on. Staff came and showed us a light switch to turn it on and gave us a box fan, they had to get an extension cord to plug it in. Staff is a bit rough and dismissive. You have to use a phone on the service counter to get someone to talk to and/or come to talk. Tub was stained. You can feel the springs in the beds. You can see the hallway light through your door and it doesn’t close automatically so be careful. They had to recharge our keys the next morning as they quit working. We really just felt like a bother....

Never received confirmation from them and rooms weren't available upon arrival, although from the look of it, no one else was there. Had to wait over 45 minutes for them to "prepare" the rooms. One key card never worked, so never even got into one room. Took the kids to the pool, the little one got sick and puked on the FLOOR and the staff threw a fit! Charged $50 to clean it up and when we said that seems like a lot, THEY LITERALLY THREW US OUT OF THE HOTEL! AND REFUSED TO REFUND US FOR THE ROOMS!
