Overall, horrible experience. We came here on May 16, 2025 before 6pm. the person who took our order was super quiet but seemed snippy over the speaker. As we got to the window the person working it had a disgusting sweatshirt on that was covered in dandruff or just a bunch of gunk around the neck of it with unclean hands/nails. The window of the restaurant alone was absolutely disgusting I dont even want to imagine the inside of this place... after waiting over 10 minutes at the window, watching them only make drinks and pack a door dash order, they finally asked us to pull up for another 15+ minutes because "our cook is slow"..this is absolutely horrendous service for the franchise owner to have operating this restaurant. Please save yourself time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else.. i ended up going in to ask for a refund to go somewhere else. We are still waiting in the drive through...

The minor child running the store at night told me that they are basically all minors working there and they are not allowed to work past 9pm. She stated the company was aware and refuses to change the hours of operation.

Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Waited 5 minutes. The hot fudge was not on the sundaes. Instead, some watered down, syrupy, lukewarm, liquid. The ice cream was more like a frozen milk slushy.
