I received a washer dryer last Saturday 5/21/2022 and it came damaged. I spoke with a manager and they stated I would be first stop on Saturday 5/28/2022. I called during the week and spoke with 2 other reps and they stated the system had me in as an am delivery. I called yesterday and spoke with a manager named Peter who said no one noted my order and I will be the last stop of the day. He was rude. Spoke over me and he was condescending and spoke to me like he wasn’t interested in helping me at all. He proceeded to tell me to call in the morning and they would get a hold of my drivers to get me a better time. I called and spoke with him again today he was rude again and he never was able to help with the issue. He didn’t offer any accommodation for the inconvenience. We met with Sales Associate Jamie and were treated extremely well. I have made purchases with Jamie’s assistance in the past and today was no different. He is courteous, knowledgeable of the products and is extremely professional. The Store is very clean and product areas are well laid out and a good variety of Manufacturers models are available to look at and compare.
