I just wanted to say thank you so much to Dee, the sales manager at the Metro PCS inside the Bravo Supermarket in Central Islip. My wife recently broke her phone and we went to Metro PCs to buy her a new one and can I say that Dee took such good care of us. She was very attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very friendly and professional through out the entire time. She made sure all of my wife's information was completely transferred from the broken phone onto to the new one, and trust me when I tell you that was a full task all on it's own. She also applied a screen protector as well. She was such a sweetheart and I thank her for her patience. She made our entire experience there very pleasurable. I call the store to get help with my phone and account and a woman name Dee pick up and was really nasty and rude I ask to speak to the employee I was talk to earlier and she told me no and if I didn’t need help that she was going to hang up the phone.
