Oppenheimer's Regis Hotel — Hotel in Town of Middletown

I've been going to this Hotel since I'm a child and I always loved it, today I take my Wife and children every summer and they love it as well. The hotel is old, but very clean and cozy, it is a great place to relax for adults and kids alike, they have full service baby sitting and day camp. The management is very friendly & honest and there are no surprise charges at checkout (unlike other hotels..). The food is great and all 3 daily meals are served by waiters which adds to your vacation.. food is also very generously served. The pool is one of a kind, clean, heated, and nice size. all outdoor sitting areas are surrounded by trees and beach chairs which add to the tranquility of your vacation. The Minyanim are very accommodating, and the Shul is fully stocked with seforim. the best of all is the large porch which faces a mountain and waterfall, you can just sit there for hours inhaling the fresh air and relax!

The hotel has a very strict full time mashgiach from KAJ, and they use chasidishe shchita.

Again, The hotel is old and kept very well, but if your looking for a good and worry free vacation, this is your place!

Three words disgusting,smelly, uncomfortable, I don't know why in the world this place has such good reviews this is by far the most disgusting place I've ever stepped inside of. I'm an Orthodox Jew myself and I don't understand these reviews. The interior is nasty, the exterior is nasty. Bugs crawl across the floor even in the dining room. I saw a cockroach in the dining room. There are big stains on the carpet the ceiling. The place looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 30s and I'm 100% serious. And they charge 300$ a night. The only reason I went hear is cause my father wanted me to. It's like going to a horror house. Please don't ever step inside here, hell don't even look in the direction...

Beautiful hotel great comfortable couches to relax, and a big Ballroom, beautiful views. And there is a gorgeous waterfall nearby across with a small bridge over the waterfall also you can go not so far from there, there is a chairlift on top of the mountains with beautiful views with full of mountains and there is also a place to go skiing in the winter, and enjoy the mountains in the summer i really recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a beautiful nice vacation to use it to...
