Bait and Switch
My husband and I booked a night in a suite at the Shadowcrest. We specifically booked the Vly Suite because it had a sitting area where we could eat dinner, since we are not comfortable dining indoors at restaurants during COVID. The evening before we were supposed to check in, Shadowcrest staff called to say that they had double booked the room, but they had another room available. The room they offered us was smaller, and did not have the sitting area we needed. We declined the smaller room because it didn't meet our needs and was not what we signed up for. It had a bar and an ice cream parlour.|Alltogether a good experience.||Mike and Kate. (on vacation from...
