Don't stay here unless you want them to STEAL from you! I booked here for the last 2 1/2 weeks of my work contract at one of the local hospitals. Worst mistake ever! When I booked, they advertised a microwave and fridge in the room, along with elevators. No elevator and no microwave, except a community one in the breakfast nook. The on-site laundry facilities damaged my clothes. ZERO housekeeping for the entire stay. Only reason I got clean linens or towels is because I'd catch the cart outside. When I finally asked for my room to be serviced because it needed vacuuming, they gave me the vacuum to do myself. Maintenance was desperately needed, as the tub stopper would not work and the shower was the only thing that would turn on but the drain was so clogged it'd backflow dirty water. The shower rod was also falling off but the least of my concerns. Linens had burn holes in them despite it being a non-smoking room. The walls were dirty and had something splattered on them. Was told maintenence would be there that morning but never showed and no call either. The last week of my stay, housekeeping accessed the room without so much as a knock. When she saw me, she abruptly slammed the door. I was hoping that meant they would finally service the room but when I approached her in the hall, she said I was on the list to be checking out. Crazy since this was 2 hours before the 11 am checkout time. This happened 2 more times, both before 9 am. I went to the desk to ask why I was on the list to check out but paid up through the duration of my stay. No explanation was given so I asked for a copy of my receipts. I used my card to pay the deposits and was told it would be 3-5 business days for refund. No issue until the refund didn't come. I called to inquire and was told that they could see where the refund was held but no reason why. Advised to call back the next day but called the 3rd party vendor I booked through instead. They reached out to the hotel directly and was told it was being refunded. It's still not refunded and no explanation as to why. I'd assume it's because there isn't one, hence them STEALING from me. This is not a place you'd want to stay. I'll dispute via my bank since I have the refund notification in writing but highly suggest anyone looking for a place to stay to look elsewhere.

I usually try to be understanding with budget accommodations, but my stay at the Super 8 Motel was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the entire place smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke—even in the “non-smoking” areas. The overall quality of the property was shockingly poor, with visible signs of neglect everywhere. The carpet in the room was stained and felt sticky underfoot—definitely not something you want to take your shoes off on. The washroom was no better: it was clearly not properly cleaned, with grime in the corners and a moldy shower curtain that made using the facilities feel unhygienic. It’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority at this location. I didn’t feel comfortable touching most surfaces, and I genuinely questioned whether the linens had been changed before my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even for a quick overnight stop. Spend a few extra dollars elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

This was by far the WORST place I have ever stayed. The room was filthy!!! The walls stained, the carpets discolored, the shower stained, dead fly in the washroom and a dead bee by bed. If you look at the positive reviews you'll notice a commonality...they're probably written by ppl they know. I booked there bc it had 3.3 stars. This place should've even have 1 star. Thankfully I was able to cancel the 2nd night and got my money back for it. We just couldn't imagine staying there a second longer. We got in at 2am and had no choice. We found elsewhere to stay for the rest of the trip. Do not waste your money. This place is a hole. The staff are friendly but they must know how bad it is. They don't show the pictures I added anywhere. I think they block them so you can't see how bad it is.

This super 8 is extremely under staffed. She was answering phones as well as checking people in and everyone had to wait. I checked in on a Wednesday and trust me, this wasn't peak hours. Then I returned to the hotel after a funeral and my key wasn't functioning, so I walked all the way to the front of the hotel and asked the attendant to help me. She explained the sometimes the locks Malfunction if the doors do not close properly, which I found hard to believe because the doors slam so hard it's hard to believe they do not close. So she starts to swipe the card and continues to swipe, after 2 minutes she returns to the front desk to reactivate the card, she then returns to my room which by the way is about 15ft from the front desk and Knowing I'm right behind her, she let's the swinging door just close on me as if she's walking alone, wait that's no it. She then continues to try to open my room door by tugging on it and pushing on the door while sliding the key card. But the door won't open. She then returns to the front desk to try and reset the key card, at this point I don't know if the problem is the door lock malfunctioning or the key card. She then assures me that it is all set and returns to my door, (again she walks through the door separating the rooms from the lobby as if she was by herself) She slides the key 4 times and finally it works. Awesome!!!!!! I have a place to sleep. The next night I returned to my hotel room And .....you guessed it!!! The key card won't work. So I make my way to the front desk All the way around the building and patiently wait for my turn in line, hoping it wouldn't take an hour. I walked in with someone and I thought they had to check in since he walked in first i figured there was a wait, but i was relieved when she decided to assist me first. Ok. I told her my key wasn't functioning and she told me in front of the other guest .... That it must be because there was evidence of smoking and I should consider this my first and final warning!!! Otherwise there is a 250.00 "cleaning" fee. She never told me what the " evidence" was and slid my card Though a computer and said I'm all set. As I stood there I really wanted to tell her that my room was handicap accessible and My wife is very sick and going through Chemotherapy, also she just lost her grandmother whom was very close to her. But I'd been through enough. I was so tired. They are a two star hotel so I guess I can't expect much from the people who work there. I checked out the next day and saw the same person who had told me this the night before. She was so cold and not welcoming. And had the nerve to ask me if I wanted A receipt.... of course I want a receipt, I wanted to make sure I didnt pay for a 250.00 cleaning fee for smoking. Which I'm pretty sure if they had collected the money, it wouldn't have gone to cleaning Because the place is filthy. 2 star hotel and they sure love up to it. I'll stay farther away from the funeral home next time, it wasn't worh it!! Good luck!

P.s it was a handicap room. Why is the small refrigerator on a shelf 6ft...

I have a service dog. I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. Im disabled. After taking my service dog for a long walk to give cleaning crew time to do their job, I came back to a room that had not been cleaned. When I asked them to please clean it, they only made the bed. There were new shampoo and such in the bathroom sitting on the counter that clearly had hair and water on it. Not even an attempt to make it appear clean. Also there was a baby cockroach crawling around the sink. When I asked Marshall at the front desk for a broom so I could clean the room myself he said I could come and get it. I asked him to bring it to my room since, you know, disabled and already exhausted from my pointless walk. He said no and that he didn’t think I was disabled hey he sees me walking around all the time. When I brought it up to the owner, Dominic, instead of dealing with his employee, he told me the room “looked clean to him.” I swept the floor with my hand and pulled up a wad of hair and dirt. I said, “does this look clean to you?” He blamed the long blonde hair on my pitbull. He declined to extend my stay after that instead of fixing any issues. The bathroom floor also had not been cleaned. When I used a towel to clean it the towel came up black. There was trash under the bed where they hadn’t cleaned. There were used needles in the parking lot as well, and lots of people smoking weed outside. Regina was also very rude when I asked to get things from the cleaning cart to clean my own room. She screamed at me that I can’t do that even though I had asked and gotten permission from a different staff member. Tom was extremely helpful and courteous and went out of his way to make things work well for me, as there was an issue with the shower nozzle. We had a nice conversation about our animals and I appreciated him so much I almost feared up as I was going through a really hard time and he treated me like a human being. Grace was also very nice and was as helpful as she could be. It’s clear that none of the staff like Dominic, the owner. Seems like a really toxic place to work, and a dirty, discriminatory place to stay for anyone who is disabled. I really wish I had taken pictures instead of asking to clean the room myself. The fibromyalgia flare up I had as a result of the stress and extra excursion of energy put me in bed for the next three days. It’s hard to believe that a tattoo covered guy named Marshall was such an ignorant, disrespectful, slimeball to a disabled guest with a clearly marked service dog but there you go. Would I stay here again? If I was homeless and placed here by a homeless shelter again I guess I wouldn’t have a choice, but the shelter I’m in now is actually better than this motel. Which speaks volumes. Congratulations Marshall, you win. You unhoused a disabled woman who is unhoused because she left a domestic violence situation and was waiting for SSI to kick in. Hope you’re proud...
