If I could give it negative stars i would have. Not one to leave a review but frustrated and upset that i actually had to pay for this experience.... It began upon entranceâŚ..no greeting, hello, hi, not a smile, wave, IHG recognition, nothingâŚcold as the snow outside. Zero personality whatsoever, even after I said, hello, checking in, nothingâŚ...Being it was ~11:15pm and we hadnât had a bit in a while my wife and 2 kids needed a snack, so they grabbed a few things off the shelf and brought them to the counter to be added to the room charge. As we stood in silence at the front desk the only words spoken to me at check-in were âLicenseâ, handed and return still waiting in silence, âyour room is 313(which it was actually 413 after we tried 313 and it didnât work), âWi-Fi code is on the backâ, no mention of the items on the desk for purchase, so I then said, I would like to add these items to my roomâŚ.nothing spoken to me as he looked at the items, then the last word was âgoââŚ.Yes, he actually told me to âgoâ. Stunned!!âŚ.Totally Unprofessional and Inappropriate. There were no instructions or layout informationâŚ.e.g. elevator is behind the wall to your left, breakfast is open at ??am and located over there, pool and fitness center open at ??am and are over there, no feel free to let me know if you need anything, just a straight âGOâ, amazing!! Get to the room and the floor was not vacuumed, the cabinetâs dusty, hair in the bathroom, gross!! If it wasnât a blizzard outside and driving conditions terrible I would have undoubtedly, 10000% demanded money back and left. Next morning I head downstairs looking for breakfast, find the area, looking for plates, none. I walked over to two workers standing behind the bar in the breakfast area and asked for a plate, (mind you they just watched me walk in a circle) and I was told they needed the breakfast ticket I received at check-in(wasnât told about that). Back up to the room and looked in the card holder and sure enough, one ticket which says good for one breakfast entree, back down to the front desk and said that I received this breakfast ticket yesterday, but we have two adults and two children, and her response was âyaââŚ.should have expected that by now. I said, we have 4 in our room that would like to eat, response was, âwell that is good for two adults and 1 childââŚ..losing my patience by the second, I said, ok do I pay for my other child? How do I get my other child feed? No response other than âhereâ as she gave me another breakfast ticket. By now my wife is down and we head over to breakfast. Multiple trays of food empty, bacon was so over cooked it crumbled as you touched it, biscuits were hard, no drinks other than coffee out, which coffee was cold. As i sat and picked at breakfast I watched as other people once finished carried their plates, utensils, cups over to where the two workers stood and stayed in the same spot the whole time!! As we were picking on a few things my wife mentioned that the bathroom door in our room was locked and nobody could get in it, puzzled on this would randomly happen. When we went back up, sure enough the bathroom door was locked and we couldnât open it. I go to the phone to call the front desk to have someone come up, no dial tone, weird, so I hit the cradle a few times, still no dial tone. I lift the phone up and it is not even plugged in!! I pull the night stand out to look behind it for a cord and it was absolutely filthy on the floor and behind the stand. I found the phone cord, plugged it in and called the front desk to let them know and she said, âIf you have a quarter or key you can just get it open with that, they are child proof locks???â, that doesnât mean child proof. We were in the bathroom the night before when we arrived, and I was in the bathroom before I went to breakfast, and it wasnât locked. You have a broken handle!! After my kids grab some less to be desired breakfast, we are ready to leave, not soon enough. I went to the desk and said checking-out and handed her the keys, the response wasâŚâRoomâ, âDo you need a receipt?â I said no thank youâŚ..That was it, ended...

Read moreI did not have a good experience at this place there were big stains on the lampshades there were some stains on the bed and a piece of hair there was a food piece sticking on the couch and there are some stain on the chair that was yellow And the pillows on the bed were not even right they were too soft when I lay down them. It didnât feel like I was laying on the pillows. It felt like I was laying on the bed without pillows, so I had to get new pillows. but overall, the carpet was pretty clean but around midnight when I was using the bathroom, someone walked in the room and I was like what are you doing in my room then he said sorry then he probably told the other staff and then the staff came up and he didnât think that I was a guest in the hotel, that was around midnight when he was saying that I was not in the system, but I was staying there, but he was like OK and walked away and then they gave me the wrong key card room at check-in. I was supposed to be in room 224 and they put me in 206 so it was just a mistake, but it really bothered me that he just randomly like knocked on the door and talked to me and saying that I was not in the system but overall, it was just a mistake and this place was understaffed and also the bar was closed when I checked in, which is awkward probably because how much they are understaffed also in my room when the air conditioning was going on it kind of smell weird I did not like the smell. This place is so understaffed that I saw a vacuum cleaner outside of someoneâs door around night time when some people might be sleeping before I checked out I waited a long time for the elevator. They have 2 elevators and I waited about 3 minutes for the elevator to come and yeah, this was not a perfect place. And this was my 3rd staying here my first 2 stays were good but this was bad. Probably donât want to stay here again. But I do like the location, but itâs not a...
