If I could rate zero stars I would. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for over ten years. I went to this location today at around 11AM (to catch the fajita veggies before they ran out in 1 hour). I asked for fajita veggies and they literally put HALF a teaspoon amount on my three orders. An employee in the back was making more fajitas, so I thought I'd wait. Then a female employee tells me that the fajitas are for ONLINE orders only. I was surprised because they had NO fajitas for customers who come in person? I then asked her if I should've ordered online and she said yes, then literally said, "I can't say no to them if they order online, but I can say no to you in person." She literally said that and refused to give me even one scoop of fajitas. This place hires people who have zero idea what customer service is. Chipotle has decided not to make enough fajitas, and are not considerate to vegetarians who literally get fajitas as their main topping. THREE times I have gone to this place to be told that they don't have veggies, and today this employee basically tells me they prioritize their online customers (the ordering website is down most of the time), and can say no to customers who make the trip in person. I am so tired of the service at this Chipotle and if you want good food and good service please for the love of god DO...
Read moreI have been going to chipotle for years now in different states and i love it but this place in Troy is really bad that forced me to write a review to see if the Chipotle management takes care of their customers or not. This place never has fajitas, no matter what time you go and they always lie that they ran out of fajitas, some of the employees serve the food like they are not interested in working there or they don’t care, the food is getting dropped in other food containers. Meat is getting dropped in beans, rice and other stuff which is not acceptable at all for vegetarian people like me. I don’t understand how come Chipotle management people are not looking into their stores like this place if they meet their quality standards or not and also they should advertise that it is not “vegetarian friendly” place. In fact, all Chipotle places in Troy are really really bad I noticed now, I have not seen a good chipotle place here since i have moved to Troy 1.5 years ago. To Chipotle owner or management, please read the reviews and listen to the customers and improve your...
Read moreI hate leaving a bad review (seriously, look at my review history). But, this location is in rough shape for being open only a few months. One positive was friendly staff.
Always Closed. Their posted hours on Google Maps is always incorrect because they don't have staff to open or remain open throughout the day. Because they are inconsistent, I can't count on them for my lunch. Out of Items. Because they can't stay open very often, they do not replenish their ingredients. They'll only offer you whatever remains available in their bins. Only decent. Hard rice and a few extra chewy bites of meat cause me to question my $11 lunch.
I work at the 14-story office building at 900 Tower drive. Already, this Chipotle is known for being closed and too much trouble compared to going elsewhere. I hope this location can improve their plans for how to open a restaurant during the current political problems. It's not like staffing issues are a new problem...so what...
