I wish I could give zero, I wish I could get my money back. Coffee marks on top of the fridge, unknown substance on the microwave, the toilet looked like the cleanest spot in the room. The comforter had an unknown stain. The burn holes in the sheets were different than the comforter so they must have been changed at one time. They were blood marks on the sheets that looked like a needle had been wiped off. The towels in the bathroom had a brown/ used look, the pillowcase had a head stain on it. Honestly this place needs to be burned down. I can't believe it's still open.

The outside of the medicine cabinet looked fine until I opened it up. Would you put any of your toiletries in that nasty thing? The owners simply could care less and that's why the rate was cheap.

We decided we wanted to see the 2017 eclipse in the totality zone. By the time we got around to booking a hotel, this was the closest we could get and only room left available. I knew what I was getting into when I booked on Orbitz. I knew it was an older hotel, no frills type of thing. I was hoping it would not be that bad. I booked the paid for a room with a King bed. A few days before our stay the hotel owner called to say they’d need to switch me because there is some sort of accident or damage to the room I booked and there were not other king beds available. He’d have to move me to a room with two queens. I had no other choice, we needed to stay here so I agreed. We arrived around 9 p.m. to check-in, thank god our reservation was still valid. When I was checking in thought all of a sudden the room with two queens became a room with one queen. The guy sifted through some paper and said all other rooms were book so then the room became a room with a twin. I set to arguing, why am I paying for a king bed room and all of a sudden we keep getting down graded by the passing minute. I didn’t understand. We brought along a friend thinking we now had two separate beds and we had our 3 month old baby with us – we needed some space. Unhappy with this, we tried to find another room in the city – no luck. Magically, when my husband returned from his search the own miraculously had a room available with two double beds. Huh, weird.||The room is old – the own was making not excuses for the hotel. It’s a 60 year old property and with the rates they charge I can see updates would be hard to accomplish. The room was fairly clean, just really old stuff. The beds seemed clean and didn’t smell. There was plenty of hot water for our needs and the air conditioner was loud but worked. It was fine for our short stay and...

Roofers were banging from 6 am-9pm. When i opened the door a bunch of dust fell on me and there were about 4 flies. Smallest room I've ever stayed at. Bathroom had someone else's hair all over and empty shampoo bottle laying in shower. Tv didn't work but they changed the settings for it to. I guess it was the train nearby but my extremely lumpy bed would shake throughout the night. There were 7 people all crammed into a room on the other side of me. The walls were pretty thick and the tv was a decent size, that's the only good things I...
