I booked my trip on the 21st of March I used booking.com and after my reservation was made I contacted the hotel personally double-checked that I had my room and that the booking had gone through correctly I was assured that I was all set and there would be no issues. My trip and stay was scheduled for this coming June 11th, I called on Friday the 4th at 9:02 p.m. and spoke to somebody for well over 25 minutes asking about my reservation asking about certain things nearby the hotel like a grocery store perhaps Chinese food restaurants Etc I also asked about the mask mandate as well as the pool in the fire pit I was assured that there was no issues with my reservation that we had the green light to start ordering tickets and doing whatever we would like to finish planning the rest of our trip... however on June 9th received an email at 3:30 in the morning stating that my my reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. I was done spoken ruby2 and told that this was my own fault for using a third-party booking system and that because they value money over priority of who booked first the people who book directly with them and pay a hundred and plus dollars more per room get the room if they are overbooked so basically if you try to use booking.com or anything like that and somebody else comes along willing to pay $100 more for the room see you later bye-bye you're not getting your room. I was insulted I was spoken to Ruby when trying to explain that I had just confirmed with the hotel and the staff member who was on the desk on the 4th I was told it was impossible and that I was mistaken and must have called my book and Company and not the hotel but I use the phone number from their website the same phone number I used to call this very morning to complain to them. I was then told it is not their responsibility to help me find another location or other places in the price range that I had already planned on paying for my vacation and was insulted and told that if I wanted to ensure a good vacation I should plan to spend more money than what I had booked the room at. We had eight people coming have been planning this trip for four months and without a single regard of respect without a single thought without a care in the world they threw us out like trash. When asked to speak to a manager the manager himself was on vacation and would not be back and therefore would not be giving us a call anytime in the near future to help make arrangements or solve the issue. They are rude they are disrespectful they have no class and I don't suggest anybody booking with them because they will take the lowest price tack on a couple hundred dollars and screw somebody else out of the room and ruin their vacation. They will also then insult you tell you it's your own fault and degrade you and belittle you and talk to you like you don't have any kind of clue in the world or any kind of formal education and know your rights as a person. We also tracked them and caught them in a Lie by doing a three-way party call without them knowing I was on the line with the other person I had booked with they told us it is not their problem so as a customer you are not their priority your money is be careful where you book you might end up without a room 2 days before...

I’ve never even written a review nonetheless bad but in this case a feel a moral obligation to share my experience here. I booked this hotel while we had to be displaced for a home renovation. This place was recommended by our contractor who had stayed here and so have her other clients and relatives but unfortunately I did not share the same experience. (If you stop reading here please ensure you read #8 before booking, it’s in your own best interest). Furniture is not clean and room orientation is dangerous for little children. I opted for the “2 BR Loft” for 1 adult and 2 children. I was assured that the loft would be ok with kids as it was 4 feet high. The bed is against the lofted wall so there is only a foot or so of height. This is a huge safety concern for my 7 and 8 year old. Carpets are stained and dirty when walked on with socks or bare feet, and tiles in the bathrooms were dirty. There was dust chunks hanging on the ceiling fan visible from the floor (not the loft). I arrived to clean dishes in the dishwasher but some were broken since they placed glass on top of porcelain. I’ll have to wait and see if this will be a charge on my bill. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival as if the floor had not been cleaned. Kitchenette table and chair has disgusting residue from previous stay (food, drink, other). I purchased my own chlorox wipes and cleaned all surfaces and furniture and handles. There were broken cabinets in the kitchen and stains on the ceiling. I was given different information when I booked regarding rates and cancellations. When I booked, they offered $159 per night as long as I stayed over a week. I also told them I wasn’t sure if I would be displaced for 2 or for 4 weeks and they recommended to book the whole because I could always shorten the duration of the stay. When I called to check out, they argued my rate and also disputed with whether or not I could cancel (don’t forget to read #8). Internet was included but don’t plan on doing homeschool and work because the internet can’t handle it. I HAVE FLEAS AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS BUGS IN MY BED. I’ve never had this experience and am totally horrified. The beds appeared to be clean but I laid in bed on the 3rd night and felt a bite. I did some investigating and thought I found fleas because they appeared to jump but thought it maybe just be residue from the unclean floor and the kids climbing around. I hadn’t seen any other evidence of anything but I pulled up the bed sheet (like when you lay on top of a fitted sheet and you’re covered by a sheet) and there were probably 50 or more. I’m absolutely disgusted and cannot believe this. I’m itching again. 🤮 This place clearly doesn’t follow COVID guidelines. I had to call to report loud gatherings several times. Young adults were yelling outside until 2am. Not family friendly, not kid friendly, not autism friendly...
Too bad because this place had potential to be a perfect fit. Price was good... but you possibly get what you pay for. They never adjusted a price for any of these issues. I’ll be staying at the Hilton...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I would. I booked it based on the photos and the rooms are completely disgusting. Before we even arrived the manager called 3x trying to cancel our room on us. I booked through Expedia and she decided not to try and move my family of 5 to a room with a single king sized bed. That was my first clue. She called two more times over the next days including right before we checked in and I kept reminding her I was the same person. We were staying for one night so it didn’t need to be the Taj Mahal. I didn’t care. We needed a quick place to stay on an overnight trip.
The carpets were filthy, sticky brown and red substances on the carpets and any surface with fabric is basically stained and dirty. We were given a bottom room and I had zero issues with this. Above us was supposedly a woman with teenagers was staying a single night also and it was fine in the short time we visited the room on arrival. When we came back we settled into bed and we were woken up around midnight by the sound of people either partying or trying to jump through the floor. It was so loud we honestly thought they were having a party. I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk. The phone didn’t work. kindly called whoever was in charge from my cell and asked that they make sure they weren’t doing anything insane and he said he would by 1:00 am the noise had only gotten worse. I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before to these degree. It was so loud it sounded like a wrestling match above us. I called again and he basically said I can move my 3 very small children to another room on the cold in the middle of the night and there’s nothing he can do. If he called the police which is not what I wanted they won’t do anything. I told him I didn’t expect him to call the police I also have children but that at 1 am they should be able to pack it in to be courteous to the other patrons. He basically said unless you move there’s nothing he can do. He said 3x that I declined to move but I was never offered another room on site that was sufficient. He just kept saying that I declined and he kept talking over me. This place is a joke and it’s absolutely disgusting and I won’t be sleeping tonight, just waiting for my kids to wake up so we can check out first thing. Also the amount of people loitering outside this place is alarming at all hours of the night. The next morning we realized the coffee maker was broken and extremely moldy inside, and the “free breakfast,” was void of food by 7:30 even though they said from 7-9am. 8:15 it was still empty of anything edible. A few bagels and an empty hot plate. Stay away at all costs. The “management,” are rude. The rooms are filthy. The...
