Prepare to DIY’it @ When You Stay at THIS Hyatt! Should you stay, or should you pass? Let me start by first communicating that I’ve always found that when I have attempted to j’ecrit communicate in writing ✍️ my experience when staying overnight-like a hotel motel or Tee Pee 😗; then I have attempted to share with others who do not know me or how much weight to take with a comment I may make as we know some folks some of us hear a word or two and then we don’t hear anything else. it’s a turn off or maybe we hear that word or another word and we don’t hear anything else and we’re all in to go what you stay at that place we heard the word pool, for example.
People I met were sincere. They were helpful to the best of their ability. Including passing along request for a manager call back (apparently he was out for the week and no one call as a replacement.) after the second or third day as well as passing along mwhen going on day five I still needed a change of linens. Still even then (Day 5-6) still no one seem to know to check up on his room? I would think after a certain amount of time who knows? came to even provide towels. I had to go out a couple times to get them stashing the dirty ones under the sink. Is the HYATT short staffed? I don’t know. I found no instructions in the room regarding linens or towels or ANYTHING ELSE like that I think they should change their to to be truthful it became the Hyatt DIY it
regarding my concern. I every day circumstances currently with the shortage of staff. I’m OK Remaking of the bed every odd day. However, towels, vacuuming, and stuff that would be useful Every day to check in on the room. The only way I’ve received towels used to go down and ask for them every day except one I asked to have someone check in on the room and make the bed.
ONE-I DID receive one change of linens after request on Sunday I had asked for a manager callback. The first couple of times I was told after they took my number they would someone call me in the day. The third time is said that person is on vacation, Garret I believe but not 100%. I asked the front desk person on those days and casual conversation they enjoy their job how long I’ve been doing I like to gauge management based on the happiness of the staff and the couple people that were doing the training were marvelous were, and the trainees understood were not employed for very long I new hires they are having owned businesses, it’s very important and I attempt to be very diligent and my politeness, knowing that the people that I speak with or not responsible for everything responsible for what they do and sometimes is worthy to call them out, but in this case, there is nothing that I experienced at the property with the issues that I would call out anyone I spoke with has being their fault. Not at all. Still day 6 there was not 1️⃣ individual who called me. I’m not going to be demanding on those
Finally, the summarize the folks that are here very helpful, but they can’t do it all and they can’t do it. Alone management has not peered or called. Tell me to help the best assets work the lights, and the front door open.
Now, if this continues, Hyatt must change the slogan! to what? TO:
Don’t knock it till you try it! You’re sure to love 💕 it when you DIY it at your...
Read moreI have never seen such horrible customer service ever in my life until I walk into the doors of the Hyatt place Warwick and although this was not my first time this summed up the every time. As I struggled to make my reservation that night I assumed that the details featured on the website would be followed through on top of the app with the rest of the system however that was not the case I set my check in time for 3:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m. like it's set on the app but at the time when I showed up I couldn't show up for another 12 hours to check in and even with 9:00 a.m. being this other selection time I wasn't allowed to check in until 12:00 p.m. and it was already 3:00 4:00 in the morning the front desk staff seem to have just not had been there in the first place on top of that she had decided that she wasn't really trying to help based off of the interaction. With the unfortunate news that there was no rooms available the young lady didn't seem to care very much whether we found a place to stay or not as she had only said oh yeah well you can't check in because there's no rooms she quietly gathered her belongings crept away slowly as we were speaking and not making aware of her disappearance until after the fact but we saw her slide right into the back come back out and go right back in her little hiding spot we then told her thanks for all the help and she said you're welcome she could have done a lot more she could have like helped she could have tried to make it seem like she cared but she didn't she could have checked us another room had already been checked out and possibly help us get into it or give us some suggestions instead she did absolutely nothing which therefore meant we had to sleep in a car being one of the Hyatt loyalty members I don't think anyone even if you were in a member should be treated as such with her beginning question do you have a reservation like obviously but just goes to show that a lot of people in this world really don't give a damn about their jobs and that lady was one of them I hope you guys find better...
Read moreArrived first day and the front desk was very friendly, however the same day I was told there was noise complaint at maybe 8:55pm due to the kids. It was the same front desk lady and the guy who worked in the hotel, with her standing outside the room I didnt belong to telling me people had made some noise complaint and quiet time was 10 pm. This made my experience from wow this place is so nice to wow this place is horrible. The breakfast was ok, fruits were fresh but it's definitely not kid friendly or the hotel staff that make rounds will make a complaint. Staff didnt even knock on the door or attempt to come to my room. I opened the door(friend's room) and the staff was there about a complaint and it wasn't even 10 yet(around 8). Everyday I took my kids to the outside eating area so I wouldn't "disturb" the other guests. Such a bad experience and I never had a noise complaint before. Everyday I had to watch my kids tones because of the "complaint" .. you tell me how do you keep your kids quiet? I know its inconsiderate but people who have kids know how hard it is to keep them down, as well as forgetting they once had kids running amuck and screaming off the top of there lungs no matter how hard you try to keep them down and didnt work? Well those are my kids(3). So it made my overall experience not a great one. I will continue my stay at other hotels where they have actual families there. Stay away from this one if u have kids under 5 and have multiple. The housekeeping was ok, fixed the bed but didn't give us any towels on the last day of stay or pick up the previous towels. Pool was small and cold open until 10 pm. Gym looked decent but didn't use during my stay, open 24 hours. Rooms are clean but there wasn't much to where you typically have a sign with instructions about your towels. No microwave in room and the mini fridge has no freezer. Doors are loud, you open them and leave but the door slams without you touching it, so it will disturb other guests. People would know how many times you go in and out which...
