My girlfriend and I stopped by The Jefferson Speakeasy while visiting from out of state, and Sierra absolutely made our night! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel right at home. Her attention to detail and knowledge about the drinks were incredible — she explained everything perfectly to us, even though it was our first time there.

Sierra answered all our questions with enthusiasm, offered great local recommendations, and even let us try a taste from their own Knob Creek barrel (which was so good we had to buy a bottle to take home for date night memories!). The whole place has that authentic speakeasy vibe — cozy, classy, and it was even decorated for Halloween, which added such a cool touch.

Do not trust this business/owner. We came in mid March and discussed holding an event there. The owner was enthusiastic, gave us his card and we returned about a week letter to review the location, settings, and to speak with the chef. All seemed great, everyone was excited and it seemed like a great fit. We were asked to follow up with dates via email which we did, and never heard back. Weeks went by where we followed up via several phone numbers, various emails, and other methods. In mid May, we finally got a reply that they were having trouble with emails, which doesn't explain why they didn't return our phone calls or voicemails. We were understanding and loved the location so we gave them a second chance. Now another month has gone by where we cannot locate these folks nor can we get a reply.
