Horrible service and they do NOT honor their word! I booked a room in this motel in April for a trip in July. I booked a room for only 2 nights. When I arrived at the motel at 1:30 AM, I was told that the room I booked was not available, as it was dirty. The clerk on service was quite rude and made me and my sister very uncomfortable with talking poorly about the management and making disparaging comments about the assistant manager on duty while insisting that he should be manager instead. It's 1:30 AM, I have driven 7 hours after working 9 hours and am not really comfortable being his therapist and would really just love to go to sleep for the night. After half an hour, his assistant manager comes up to tell us that we are being offered a room for one night at the sister motel down the street. In the middle of the manager trying to tell us what they are willing to do for us, the night clerk interrupts and the assistant manager, Emma, walks away with her hands up. No one was concerned with solving the problem for us and were more interested in their own internal power struggle. Not only was I incredibly uncomfortable, I was ready to leave and find another room. The night clerk, trying to make the situation correct, told us that he would give us the night's stay in the other hotel for free. He even gave me a receipt to show the price charged (about 200 dollars and some change). I had booked through Expedia, so when I got home on Monday, I called Expedia to try to correct the charge to what I was assured it would be. The assistant manager is now refusing to honor the free night! I had to be a therapist and watch this UNCOMFORTABLE exchange between staff which was bad enough that I wanted to leave and only stayed because I was promised the night for free. They overcharged me and made us swap rooms across the street which wasn't ready until 11AM the next day, cutting into our day's plans. This motel was a terrible stay due to the management and I will never be returning. I encourage any young women to stay far, far away from this unsettling...

I'd love to have a bed and pillows just like this.) Luxury showers, hot water is hot FAST, cold water is cold FAST; within seconds. Spacious night stands and working desks, new GOOD iron and ironing board, spacious sink and under sink storage, top cubby for extra items above hanging rack, beautiful floors, wonderful privacy curtains (no blackout curtain, so some light does come in at night, but otherwise very good curtains for personal privacy), copious outlets and USB ports, 3 mirrors including lighted bathroom sink mirror and two unlit mirrors on barn door style bathroom door, #1 and #2 style toilet (no need for a plunger), great AC/Heat, amazing door locks, comfortable parking spaces with fresh seal and new bright painted lines.
Located right above McDonald's and 2 gas stations (Speedway and BP), just down the road (within walking distance) of Der Dutchman and the Amoco station which contains a Dunkin Donuts with drive-thru, a Wendy's and Love's gas station sit less than half a mile away from the Motel. This motel is extremely well lit at night and is fully surveilled for safety.
My husband and I have been displaced since June, and began staying here in September. We're grateful for the affordability of this motel on a weekly basis, and we cannot speak highly enough about it. We are telling our friends that if they or anyone else need a wonderful place to stay while on vacation or what-have-you, it's the place to stay in Bellville. We can't speak highly enough about...
