Burger King — Restaurant in Washington Township

Ordered the How to Train Your Dragon Whopper but that is NOT what I got. No purple bun and no cheese just a plain bland bun. We ordered via the mobile order app, pickup time was 1:07. We waited for 30 minutes for our order after the pickup time. They even lost our order on their system. They kept taking orders thru the drive thru and walk-ins but still didn't have our order. 2 EMS guys waited for over 15 minutes to get 2 orders of chicken fries. Ridiculous!! 30+ minutes for a pre-order and the order was still wrong!!! Terrible place, horrible management . The young girl at the register asked the manager where to find a mobile order but the older manager wouldn't even answer her - just rude. After about 5 min she walked over, punched the screen, and said 'there' but didn't treat the young girl very well nor did she attempt to teach her. After ordering food, notifying the small long haired, boy-princess that the tables were dirty, returning to pick up said food, and notifying the new gal working the register, who cleaned one table for us, and making three more trips to the counter for correct order, cheese, and 8 packets of ketchup, the food was decent. Upon leaving my 275lb make self stood at the counter to ask for a refill on sweet tea, to be ignored, and ladies spoke up , at which time earlier mentioned boy-princess, decided to mumble under his breath and turn his back to us. So, being a 90s kid, I spoke up. When I politely reminded codinners that in our day, said disrespect would have resulted in a smacking. I gather more mumbling under breath, to which I extend the understood investigation to step outside. The S. High location BK is the absolute worst. 2 of the last 3 times I've ordered there, I ordered online to where I paid in advance. Both times I was asked to pull out front (nobody behind me either time. I know they are trying to make their response time look good to corporate by doing so). So the 1st time I pull to the front and a guy goes inside and claims to be me and walks out with my $30+ order. The 2nd time I'm asked to pull out front, someone drives up to the window AFTER me and takes my order home. The store's attempts to remake my orders weren't even close to what I ordered.
