I would advise you not to stay here, for the price you pay you could stay at a much nicer hotel close by. We had a mistake in our booking and had to stay here for 3 nights before moving to our other hotel. The first incident was the first night we stayed we heard someone banging on the door stating “you need to open the door now” confused I looked and 3 people wirh clipboards were at the door so I opened it. They pushed their way in and said water was leaking and they needed to check the bathroom. This was my first interaction with the older front desk manager. I thought it was pretty rude and could have been done much more professionally. The second incident we personally had was waking up to what sounded like a mouse scurrying in the tv stand, we then discovered a mouse hole behind the tv stand and another in the laundry area downstairs washing clothes. I wanted to leave but we had nowhere to go so. Lastly, I paid $30 for early check in, Which I got, and they refunded instead of my deposit of $50 and then claimed they didn’t do so. the last day we woke up super late and multiple times before the checkout time a man who said he was housekeeping just busted in the room understandable he also tried to push his way past me with my child in the room. The overall experience is a fever dream, prostitution deals being made right out in the hallways, sketchy men working on trucks in the parking lot, tons of dogs that don’t get cleaned up after, and a lot of people who live there.there was a maintenance room on the second floor that constantly had a loud vacuum sound coming from it. There’s no elevator. We tried our best to stay calm but the older lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The younger blonde lady with curly hair was a sweetheart when checking us in and that was the only decent thing...
Read morePlease be careful when dealing with this hotel. It is staffed by dishonest people. I booked a room through Expedia earlier in the day and arrived at the hotel that night to check in. The woman behind the counter advised that there was a "problem" with my reservation and that she had tried to contact me by phone. Well I knew that to be a lie because I had not missed any calls and had no voicemails. After a 13 hour drive all I wanted to do was get some rest so when they didn't have a room for me, I left and went down the road and got a room at another hotel. Well a couple of weeks later I checked my credit card statement and saw the charge still on my account. I called Expedia to ask for my money back and they advised me that they had already sent the money over to the hotel so the hotel would have to authorize the refund. To my surprise I find out that Super 8 claims I never showed up to check in and therefore forfeited my right to a refund. I pulled up my gps location history and told them the exact time I arrived. I know they have cameras and could easily pull up the footage from that night. The manager continues to dodge my calls and refuses to speak to me on the phone regarding this issue. They have no intention of refunding my money and I have a feeling they take advantage of unsuspecting customers quite often. What a dishonest world we live in when people take and keep money for a service they did not perform. Ultimately I filed a chargeback with my credit card company to recoup my money but I shouldn't have had to go through all that. I will not ever go near this hotel again or any other Super 8 for that matter after this experience. I'm also pissed at Expedia for taking their word over mine. Avoid...

Do not come to this place, please, for the sake of your wellness. I don't like complaining, and I am not that crazy to take this long to write a review. Understand that I must be very angry to get on Google and write about this hotel.
I arrived at the hotel at 7pm, then had to wait until 9:30pm to check in due to power outage. That's fine. When the power came back, the check in process took about 30min because another family was complaining about finding bugs in the bathroom. I thought they were being rude to the staff, so I gave them the time to solve their issues, but I was surprised to see how the person at the desk responded (absolutely no customer service).
I minded my business, payed my dues and got to my room. Once in my room, I decided to relax and eat before taking a shower, but at that exact moment, an alarm was going off for about 15min or so. After having some food (at about 10:10pm), I jumped into the shower. But, guess what, the water wasn't warming up at all and it wasn't going away in the tub. So, i talked to the front desk. They decided to call the maintenance guy. He came in 35min after the issue was reported. He comes in, checks the water, and walks out after saying I won't be able to fix it until after 30 to 45 min. keep in mind, I just drove from NY, and the next day, I'll be on my way to TX by 4AM. It's now 11:20. But, before I explode, I wanted to share this with you, so you don't make the same mistake made (I could have just slept iny car). Now that you know my story, let's the party begin. You play with my money and my patience, I show you who I really am. Let's get...
