Stopped by on Friday 12/22/2017 to get truck serviced on the way home for a couple of days off for Christmas. Pulled on the lot at 3:30pm.and thought that I was in luck, only 1 truck in a bay, with 2 empty bays, what could possibly be better? They were just closing the hood on the other truck , after putting in the oil,I know because I watched them close the hood and run the oil hose back up. My lucky day, I'm gonna be in and out a happy man , getting to have the whole weekend to spend with my family. Not a snowballs chance in Hell. First thing is that an employee immediately starts waving for me to pull up behind the truck already in bay 1,not either of the 2 empty bays. That was the only contact with anyone at all for the next 58 minutes while 7 employees either walked around the shop talking or playing on their phones. While the guy under the truck started greasing it. 30 minutes later he traded out with another guy ,who then started greasing it again. 25 minutes later , after 2 more trucks have pulled up,and after walking around looking for someone working the desk, with another customer also waiting at the desk . She came walking in from the other side of the shop and asked if she could help us. I said that I have been waiting for over 55 minutes and what is the problem? I was then informed that they were in the process of restocking their oil,and that the guy that has to finish the truck already in the bay had to go and get the oil and she wasn't sure but it would probably be another 20 to 30 minutes before he got back and then when the other one was finished they would get me in. First thing is that there were 3 full pallets of 3 different brands if oil sitting against the wall in bay 1. Secondly, If they were restocking their oil it would seem like they might have been maybe opening up a few of those cases sitting right there. Finaly, since they fill the trucks out of bulk oil containers ,the whole excuse was just a lie. Needless to say, I left, and will NEVER, use this location again. Now, i will be using one of my days off changing the oil In the truck myself. In my opinion, speedco would be completely justified in firing every single person that works there and starting over from scratch. They could not...

At 5 pm today I arrived at the place and spoke to the two workers explaining that I needed to change a trailer’s tire (I had 3 spare tires and it could be any of them) They asked how I would pay for the service and I told them it would be a debit card/debit...they asked several questions and laughed at my answers due to the accent and the English I speak. They told me that there were no problems that I should park at the door and when they would finish with the truck they were working on they would let me in. 20 minutes after they finished with said they had not yet opened for me to enter the shop. I walked to the office and they were there talking as if they had forgotten that I was waiting for them...I asked them what I should wait for, they told me to go wait inside my truck. Another 20 minutes passed by and they finally opened the door and when I came in I showed them the spare tires I had...when they saw he told me that it was not the same size as the one that exploded (despite being the same size) and that I could not put it on... I said ok... let's put two of the 3 tires that I bring (they are identical and I just removed them from the steering of my truck... he tells me that he can't either... I said ok... sell me and put a new tire and he tells me that he doesn't have and and directs me to the petro that is next door treating me in a very racist way. At the end they didn't solve my problem despite making me wait for more than an hour...I told him that he should I would inform the manager or owner of the place and he told me that he was not interested...finally the reason for this complaint is to avoid treating a driver (love's client as well) in this way. Afterwards I went to Petro and they placed on my trailer the same tire that they said they couldn’t because it was a “different size” (attached picture of it being installed and receipt)

Of the two workers who were there at that time, the one who showed that attitude was the younger...but taller and...

I came to this location on February 9th for an oil change. And upon arrival I noticed that none of the workers was around and nobody at the oil changing bays, all the bays were vacant. So I honked my horn a little just to notify them that there is a customer outside. Then I noticed three workers came from inside the office to the oil changing Bays area and they were inside talking to chatting to each other and left me waiting outside while another worker was sitting and smoking outside in his own vehicle.

Then a white guy with blonde Ginger beard came outside with an attitude and asked me if I am the one that was honking the horn. At that point I knew that I had to avoid this location by all means because it looks like they don't feel like working at this location and they are just wasting time and clocking hours to collect their wages. I didn't feel like trusting them with working on my truck and I decided to leave. I asked the white guy with the blonde Ginger beard about his name and he refused to provide it, I told him that I'm going to report him to the corporate. Upon reviewing other reviews, it looks like this behavior is a trend at this location. The poor customer service of this location is a shame and a stigma on the Love's...

Had a trailer tire put on at Love's in Palestine AR that blew by West Memphis. Arrived at location here, told two trucks ahead but they'll "rock them out" and get to me quickly. Tire will be covered by warranty. For two hours waited for truck ahead of me to be put in the empty bay. Three hours in and they've only managed to replace tires on ONE vehicle. Apparently the tire bay is a no-priority bay. Here on a Saturday and they weren't busy when I arrived but now have seven trucks waiting on service. There is obviously zero value placed on the driver's time here. Over five hours for one tire. Definitely can't recommend this place. Avoid it unless you have no other options available. One caveat-second shift was cheerful and quick once I actually got inside
