Honestly, I’ve never been to a lower quality Subway. I didn’t mind the new employee making mistakes. It happens, but even the other employees were just as lost as her, only they also didn’t seem to care. They accidentally tore the bread as soon as they pulled it out, to the point that it was impossible to hold in one piece while eating, especially considering the fact that they cut it in half while only holding the end of the sub, so half of the food INSIDE the sub fell OUT of it, as it opened and spilled more and more with each back and forth of the knife. They didn’t seem to care enough to hold it shut. Then they wrapped it extremely loose, so it was a mess by the time I opened it. It fell apart faster than a crunchy taco at Taco Bell, only they put so much sauce that it almost made it a taco salad with nothing to hold it. Thankfully they don’t make the actual meats and veggies there or that would have probably been messed up too, bringing this down to one star. At least the second person tried to look at the instructions to make the sandwich. The first one looked at the picture and literally muttered “oh well” while shrugging, then put it in the toaster. Would say much more about the parking lot being garbage too, but that’s the Love’s fault, not Subway. Same employees with the careless attitude though. All except the Love’s manager who was also scolding the subway employees in the back. Guess it’s a...
Read moreIt may not be they entire personel or or even the stores fault ,but I was explaining on how to take the inside of the read out to this young lady and her attitude had me wanting to ask for another person to fix my sandwich, but I stayed with her. Never the less I do regret not changing. She acted as if I was asking something wrong of her. I always get the inside torn out of my bread cause I like extra vegies on my sandwich. She murmured something to the effect of cost and I said mam if I half to pay for extra veggie that's no problem I want my sandwich fix to my expectations. She started just throwing the veggie on it and asked for another young lady to close it. If she would have only made the sandwich properly it would not have been no problem. But she didn't. She is one I never want making my...
Read moreSubway discriminates against vegetarians. Period. While meat eaters automatically start with free cheese on their sandwiches, and then get their choice of one free (meat) protein, vegetarians will always be forced to pay extra for their protein, since cheese is the only non-meat protein option. Customers do have to pay more for extra cheese on other sandwiches, but that is assuming they already have a sandwich piled high with meat, so that extra cheese is just a bonus. Vegetarians always pay more for less food. This is a corporate policy that Subway refuses to back down from. No matter how many times and at how many locations I've asked and explained why this is an unfair overcharge, they continue to charge vegetarians more money for a smaller amount of food. It's a discriminatory and...
