Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in West Memphis

Waited in the drive through for an hour and was pretty upset until I got to the window and realized there were only two workers present. They were great, they were handling the situation and all of our order was correct. I’ve been in the area for work for 3 days and that’s been long enough to realize that EVERY business in the area are severely lacking employees however I can’t walk in public without being approached by a panhandler, makes no sense the jobs are here their lack of will is there also. Also, this particular Taco Bell/ KFC location is strategically located at an exit with 4 truck stops however they’re dine in services are closed and that is WRONG, our truck drivers deserve MUCH better. I witnessed them myself advise a trucker to “walk” through the drive through while it’s 18 DEGREES OUTSIDE. That is RIDICULOUS!!!! Get your stuff together Taco Bell, realize what your district managers are doing because everything going on here looks bad for your company. I pulled in to the drive-thru line and there was only one car in front of me. It took the person awhile to place their order. I then pulled to the speaker box and I waited, waited, waited, and waited. No one answered or asked what I wanted so after 12 minutes I pulled to the window. The person who was in front of me was pulling from the window. I pulled to the window and waited for the person who was working the window to ask me what I needed. That person purposely turned their back to me. Another employee asked them what did I want. The window employee stated I didn’t order so they didn’t care. That employee never acknowledged me. This was the worst customer service I ever received. I later parked my car and went in to the business where the service was better. If I wasn’t hungry, I would have left! I will NEVER stop...

DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE PPL STANDING BY THE DRIVE THRU BEGGING FOR FOOD. NOT ONLY DID I BUY THE GUY FOOD BUT HE WAS VERY RUDE AND FOLLOWED ME TO THE WINDOW HOLLARING AT ME AND ACTING LIKE HE WASN'T GOING TO LET ME LEAVE.
