The salesman showed me all the options that I had until I was satisfied with what I needed to order. The salesman gave me the Black Friday discount even though this was 10 days before Black Friday. Most importantly he gave me a delivery date only 2 days after the purchase. The salesman's name is Saidu. A couple of days later I needed to resolve an issue about brackets and the manager who was on duty at the time by the name of Emily took care of the issue and within a couple of days I had a refund. I recently spoke to a manager who helped me resolve an offer for an extra $150 discount and called me back within hours of my indicating a problem. The issue was resolved with my complete satisfaction.
Most importantly I'm extremely satisfied with the bed it has met all of my expectations or exceeded them. I have difficulty with my back and the fact that it's base is adjustable I don't have the difficulty propping myself up in the bed to watch TV. You do need sheets that have big pockets I guess it's called or they may sometimes come off as you raise the head of the bed but that was expected and there's not a problem.
The bottom line is I've been very very happy with the store personnel and support addressing customer satisfaction. Given the warranty and expectation of how long the mattress will last I don't expect to be buying a new bed as this will meet my needs for many...

If I could give no stars I would my box spring had broken woods that made my bed sink I’ve bought other mattresses from other places and the warranty covers everything. It’s just not worth it if the credit you get won’t even cover the box spring and or just barely the delivery.
