Panza Llena Méxican Grill — Restaurant in Maryland

Hello, This is another place In The White Oak Shopping Center Next to Pizza Castle and America's Best . This is Called Pansa Llena . I love this shop its mixed with El Salvadorian and Mexican Families working together working in that store . As You enter the doors , You see the Small hall that leads to the Dining area and then in the far back You have a Huge Open Concept Kitchen where they perform all the Magic where they prepare all your favorite Spanish Dishes of all time . This place is always filled wit Traditional Values and family Atmosphere where you become Something Bigger than your self and be taught their culture and more . This place the staff are My family and My people . But when the Pandemic Struck I was afraid and Ashamed and ran away from who I was But I will Not anymore despite what anyone thinks or says . This place has a huge Full bar where they make all their exotic drinks you'll ever love there . They have Nice bathrooms but could use updates and renovations . I Love the food there and they have Such Great menus and Foods that are to die for . So If you love this place as I do, his place is for you . So Come On Down , We All Look Forward To Seeing You All Very Soon . I Hope to work there someday in the Future as a Host / Server there and be with My family there...

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING...Came in for the first time to have a quick lunch at the bar around 10a. I was asked "what would you like to drink" multiple times, and I repeatedly said "no thanks. I just want lunch". Felt pressured to drink, at 10a...The bartender seemed upset because I wasn't having a drink. Took a while for him to return to take my order. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla, specifically wanted guacamole. Then it took 25 min for my food, and no guac. He never mentioned they had no guac, that should've been disclosed to me before I ordered right? But he didn't. Then I asked for a to go box, and the box was used, had dried up rice stuck to it. I can get over the drink pressure, I can understand that. I can get over you having me pay for something I didn't get (guac). But giving me a dirty used to go box?? Are you serious? That is absolutely disgusting. I don't want to know what their kitchen looks like. I'm never coming back! DONT EAT HERE, THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING, AND HAS...

Staff needs to learn better Customer Service Skills, they are too cold and never asked if the Food was ok.

On a table of 5, one Dish came extremely Tasteless. After we informed the Waitress, all she said was "Well! They do put lots of seasoning on it". Did not even offered another option but to bring the check with the dish included on it. Even that she saw that the dish was left by about 95%. That customer had to share food with others on the table and couldn't eat was she ordered. After we asked that the dish to be removed from the check. She went and asked someone on the Bar. Later came back and said "I asked, but she said NO. That You must Pay the dish anyway.

After this experience I don't think that I would ever visit this place. The rest of the food was good however dishes are over priced on this place, for the type of service, ambient and poor service.

Also their soft drinks taste like water and sugar, we had to order soda can.
