I was at Popeyes on Lockwood drive on Friday 9-12-25 around 11:20am. I placed an order through the app. When I got there my order was not ready waited and additional 15 min . I patiently waited for my order and the worker finally gave it to me. I asked for buffalo sauce and the worker was very rude and told me i had to pay which i was okay with. Then i explained to her that my order was placed online and i still had to wait soo long and she gave me a nasty attitude and said she was there alone and that the other lady that was there with her was doing nothing just walking around( she did not have to tell me all that). Then she walked away and called me pendeja which is stupid. Then i asked to speak to a manager and claudia came out, not sure if thats her real name or they lied to me. The employee that called me stupid her name was Clelia i dont know if she lied about her name.. I had the worst experience ever in this location and its not the first time. Read moreCashier was really mean and not very enthusiastic. Clearly she hates to be working in this place. When stepping out, a homeless lady asked me for food. So I decided to go inside with the homeless lady and told her to pick anything she wanted.
The cashier got mad because I was buying food for her. After paying, the homeless lady asked for extra butter. It only cost $0.21 and the cashier acted very rude and despicable towards the homeless lady. They were refusing to give the butter to her, we were not asking anything for free. But apparently they thought we wanted a freaking $0.21 butter for free. Its not their business how I spend my money neither they have the right to treat people the way they do it.

Not on the side, but right in front where we, as consumers, have to walk through. Not once but On multiple occasions. Its not safe and makes customers afraid to walk past. I tried calling from the car to bring it to their attention so they can clear the ghetto traffic, they NEVER picked up! After 15 mintues of attempting the phone call, I decided to walk inside.
