BED BUGS!!! Was passing through, and this was unfortunately on the way. At check-in, I was told the room was 100% smoke-free. Upon entering, it didn't smell like it. Since I was tired, I decided against swapping rooms.  In the morning, I woke up and unfortunately found bed bugs biting me. I called the manager, and Ken Metzdorf came. I showed him the bugs on the bed that were bright red since they just fed. He quickly grabbed them and went outside to look, then made a comment that these weren't bed bugs and threw them off the second floor. Good thing I took video and pics prior. So I asked him again once I showed him the video, and he said it could be. He didn't apologize or anything but then asked me to move my vehicle as they had people working on their parking lot. I am beyond upset at this moment. I pack my stuff and head out. A few hours later, welts started appearing, and my throat was closing up because I was having an allergy reaction, barely making it to get some benadryl. By the evening, half of my face swelled up, and I had over 12 bites. I'm going to go to the doctor to get checked up, and I also had to miss appointments for business because of my swollen face.

Took a last minute trip to Ohio to see my grandmother and the hotels we usually stay at were full so we landed with the red roof inn. We almost stayed down the street at motel 6, but it was 50$ a night there for my boyfriend and I, and then an extra 100$ a night for our 2 dogs and we couldn't justify that. At red roof inn pets stay free and that is really nice. There was a nice amount of grassy areas and a doggy clean up area so that was nice. The doggos had a great stay. The bed was pretty comfy however the pillows were the worst. I dont even think they deserve to be called pillows. We went to homegoods after the first night to buy some pillows to be able to sleep. The room was clean, but was kinda small. There wasn't a mini fridge, microwave or a coffeemaker which was fine we didn't need any of that. My main complaint is that the door and windows were not sealed very well, the room was very dry and very cold. Half way thru our stay our room key stopped working so that was a little hectic as well but was addressed. All in all was a good stay, wasn't fantastic, wasn't horrible. Would totally stay again but not during the winter and I would bring my own pillows.

This room was perfect for our quick one night stay to catch some sleep on our road trip. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations offered: including a king bed, a flat screen TV, a shower/bath, heater/air conditioner, a charging station next to the bed, reading lights over the bed, calming wall decor, a safe, and clean sheets! The only thing I missed was a bathmat and the towels were a little small so you may want to bring your own if you’re looking for a spa experience. There was a soap and a shampoo in the shower, so again, bring your own hair products if you need to. We also had an exterior entrance to our room as opposed to being in a hallway. My favorite part of our Red Roof Inn experience is that we got to bring our furry best friend along. Our dog was welcome without questions or fees. There were some grounds for him to walk on (while leashed) and poop bags provided to help accommodate owners. He was very cozy in the bed and enjoyed the space as well. Thank you Red Roof for accommodating our family! It helped us get some much needed rest. We would be glad to come again! Four out of four paws up!

I’m very dissatisfied with this particular location. I always stay at red roof brands and have never had a bad experience, but this location is ruthless. I feel I was just point blank discriminated and I do plan to pursue to sue at this point just because they caused such distress and a financial hardship on my family during a crucial time in America right now. I stayed with this location and actually enjoyed it but unfortunately I had to check out early due to a family emergency. I was told I would be refunded for the remaining nights I did not stay but instead was falsely accused of smoking in my room. I’m furious to say the at least and insulted at this point. The first thing that bothers me is I literally cleaned the whole room from top to bottom bought my own cleaning supplies just because I have two small children and one with severe allergies who is 2 years old and a newborn and wanted to be sure my room was cleaned throughly I vacuumed, swept , bleach the walls, and mopped. When checking out the housekeeping even thanked me for cleaning the room and I told her she could keep the broom and dustpan I bought brand new as well. Although, even after all this they still falsely accuse me of smoking in my room and charged me for this, I have went through every matter to get this resolved but instead no resolution. I plan to sue now and will be contacting corporate tomorrow this is a matter of principle. To falsely accuse me of something I did not do and think it’s okay to just take money from someone is wrong. I don’t care if I don’t get a dollar back I just want justice stuff this point because I really went out my way to clean my room and it was just a complete smack in the face to do this to me and my family. They also but us next to a room that was partying and smoking as well in which I now believe they did this to discriminate us. I also booked this room coming from an ER visit so the stress this location has caused me has been in abundance. I also do not smoke and have never smoked and surely will never smoke around my young children who have medical issues. I really feel from bottom of my heart the manger at this location was wrong and a evil hearted human being for what he done to me and my family and I will not stop until I get a...

This is indeed a 2 start motel. I didn't expect much from Red Roof Inn but was disappointed in a few things. The room smelled horrible. There are many no smoking signs around the building and maybe this is a new initiative or people don't care (I'm sure the latter) - our room smelled like stale smoke, like a home that's been smoke in for years and it's caked on the walls. In fact, I believe it was as out door looked yellow and dingy.

The room sufficed for the night and the beds were very comfortable and appeared clean. The fixtures are old, outdated and grimy (the mirrors, the lamps, etc.). We got what we paid for but next time I will just fork over the extra $50-$100 for a hotel, that most likely includes breakfast too. The shower looked clean but the the hidden spots, like behind the door, toilet, etc. definitely don't see any type of cleaning supplies. I didn't dare touch the floor as I walked around in my flip flops. The reviews looked pretty decent so I was expecting a bit more but was sadly disappointed or maybe I should've known better.

The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful but that's about all I can say was positive about this experience.

If you're time a tight budget or have no care for cleanliness, this is the motel for you! There was no mini fridge, as advertised, so that was disappointing too. We stayed one night and I wouldn't stay even a...
