Shopping for a mattress can drive anyone crazy! Sooo many options and price ranges!!! As an interior designer, I do my research for my clients and always tell my clients that whatever piece of furniture their body uses to relax on, especially a bed, is of utmost importance!! I went into Mattess Firm in Winter Park, where m, Juan greeted me with a smile behind his mask. I told him what I was looking for, what I had researched and what needs I had sleeping habits . He is very knowledgeable, patient enough to show me what I had researched and thought I wanted ….and then offered me a few other options…. that I thought I would not like. He is a seasoned professional that knows all of his product and actually cares about his clients. He showed me a couple of other options and surprisingly enough I went with a brand I had never even thought of buying. Stearns and Foster! But once he listen to all my needs he led me to one…I lay on it and was perfect… an hour later of great customerservice m, I am the proud owner of a brand new stearns and foster mattress. We had a fantastic experience on our recent visit. With the purchase of a new home, it was time to purchase a brand new mattress. We were drawn to this location because it was close to home and the stellar Yelp reviews of course.

Not sure if it was the rainy weather or because it was a Saturday night but we had the entire store to ourselves. Tom, the general manager, was awesome, very personable and really made the experience pleasant. In no way was he the pushy sales guy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and patient with us as we asked questions. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested testing out different mattresses to see which one we liked the best.

What really shocked me is that Tom was able to get the mattress delivered the very next evening (there is a delivery fee) which was a SUNDAY! Mattress Firm was great about sending notifications by text and email as the truck was approaching our home, etc. 1000% pleased with the service and experience we received and we plan on going back to this specific location to purchase for our additional bedrooms.

I have a Full size bed frame. The mattress and box spring was 4 inches too short in width. I went to this store and purchased a Full size mattress and box spring with the expectation that it would fit my bed frame. It was delivered and was the same size in width as the one I had before which was 50 inches in width. That is too short to fit a Full size frame. This store has a display of dimensions of their mattresses and Box Spring and the width should have been 54 inches. The store delivered twice with the wrong size. On the second delivery the Box Spring was supposed to have been measured to ensure that the dimensions were correct. It wasn't measured and still was 50 inches in width which is too short. I was refunded without incident for the Box Spring. I kept the mattress "Sleepys" since it was more comfortable than the one I had. It sits on 3 wood planks instead of the frame.
