The hotel is right in front of the bus station and mall. I often went on foot to the city centre and only took around 40 minutes. The food (in the bedroom's fridge and from the kitchen) is delicious and reasonably priced (highly recommend the veggie wok!).||Breakfast doesn't have too many options, but can't complain about it as it's delicious and offers quite a variety of food (2 types of bread; many fruits; media lunas freshly baked; 4 types of cake; 4 types of cereal; can ask for scrambled eggs).||The staff is very attentive and can speak Spanish, Portuguese and English, but they can't offer many tips on visiting the city. ||The room is comfortable and the shower is great. Mala atención y disposición por parte de la recepcionista de la mañana. Desconozco su nombre. El hotel esta bien en líneas generales pero desde mi punto de vista la atención lo es todo; porque puede transformar una experiencia agradable en una muy mala experiencia. Espero lo tengan en cuenta a la hora de elegir el personal.

Dada su respuesta, edito mi reseña para agregar que fui yo quien tuvo que llamar al hotel porque noté que la persona a la que le hice la reserva se había dormido, no atendía el teléfono y casualmente debía presentarse en otro lugar a las 13 horas, siendo en ese momento las 11.57. Si lo hubieran llamado en reiteradas ocasiones como usted menciona posiblemente no se hubiera dormido así que hasta le habrían hecho un favor. Por otra parte debo señalar que la chica que atendió el teléfono me respondió “si lo veo le aviso” cuando le pedí por favor que lo llamara a su habitación para despertarlo, por lo que debí ser bastante más clara e insistente. Es obvio que a ustedes les conviene que le pase esto a sus huéspedes para luego cobrar cargos extra. También pago “early check in” por ingresar una hora antes al hotel, algo que como sabemos, no es lo más habitual, mucho menos en hoteles de determinada categoría. En cuanto a guardar la valija por algunas horas creo que es una facilidad que todos los hoteles dan a los clientes para ayudarlos tanto en las horas previas a hospedarse como al retirarse, podrían quizás comenzar a cobrar también por hacerlo y darle algún incentivo adicional a la recepcionista de la mañana para que atienda de forma más amable y sea más comunicativa a la hora de informar sobre cargos adicionales y demás normativas del...
