Savitsky Plaza — Hotel in Samarqand Region

I have given 4 stars mainly because of the incompetent front desk staff. Personally I believe the front desk is over staffed, they require major training to improve their customer service skills. While one of them was assisting me, she went and started assisting someone else in the middle of trying to deal with my query, I was shocked. They have no knowledge on the transfer service and are not updated with the service. One of them told me it was at 9am into city centre, I arrived at 9am and no sign of the bus, then they told me it is cancelled until 10th November. This caused an inconvenience to my schedule. Please train your front desk staff.

Also, the gym needs a mirror to be installed and please add more heavier weights.

The atmosphere in the hotel is actually very bad. First of all, the room is not clean. The balcony was not cleaned at all, not to mention the garbage left by the previous customer. There is no room service and food ordering, the hotel only serves those who come from the street. And they deceive the customers in the hotel that their food will be ready in 30-40 minutes. I love everything here the moment i have arrived from airport. The room is so modern and beautiful surprisingly they have remote toilet bowl where you can only see in Japan.

And above all these amenities the staffs from reception to F&B are so friendly.
