Very unpleasant experience. We stayed in this hotel at the end of September 2022.
We had a reservation for 3 days after that, we had to leave and return for 2 nights. 1st check-in went smoothly; we paid for the first 3 days’ stay and were offered to pay for the 2nd part upfront. Important. No issues were expected, and both reservations were excellent and active.
The 1st morning TV didn’t work. It could power up, but was working only through the internet, which was almost non-existent. Front desk help can be described as “Oh, we are sorry.” That’s all. No attempt to do anything. After taking a shower, the water was not draining because of the clogged pipe. It was never fixed during our stay.
2nd morning. The TV was not working. Another guy at the front desk gave us the same answer “Oh, we are sorry.” Breakfast was scheduled from 7 to 10 am. The time was 9:15 and there was no food left. The answer was the same “Oh, we are sorry.” Did not understand what they were sorry for? For the fact that they didn't know how many guests they had and how much food they needed to prepare? The worst detail is that their manager was eating his breakfast at that moment, saying, “Oh, we are sorry.” How sarcastic is that? Returned to the room, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Complained to the front desk. Same answer. Went for a walk with friends. Came back late. There was no light in the hotel at all. No generator, no backup - pitch dark. All we could see was that our room was not cleaned.
3rd morning. The power was fixed. The TV still was not working. The manager was there. He went to check the TV situation. Oh. New answer. “Oh my god, why did they connect you to the basement internet if your room is on the third floor?”. I don’t know what to say. They are your staff, aren’t they? Let me ask you, who is supposed to train them? Maybe you as a manager? At 11pm we were on the way to our room and had to wake up the next morning at 6 am to leave. The front desk boy stopped us. “Excuse me. Your second reservation was not confirmed”. Me: “What do you mean? We have our reservation confirmed on our booking website, and there are no cancellations”. He: “We are sorry, but some of our managers didn’t press the button and didn’t confirm the second reservation, and we are sold out for your dates.” Ok, first thing in the morning, the manager was there. We showed him our printout from the booking website, the same answer was “oh, we are sorry” and after long debates, he promised us to make a reservation in the neighboring hotel “Demur” and give us a discount for the inconvenience. We left for the Samarkand trip and came back to our new hotel that was supposed to be reserved, and … nobody was expecting us. No reservations, nothing. However, being a real help, their manager offered us to stay in a newly opened hotel for an even lower price. Thank you for meeting such people from the “Demur” hotel who helped us even if we were not their guests and had no financial relations. Thank you again. Deeply.
I will never stay in a “Human” hotel. Neither will I mention it to my friends as a recommended stay. There is no hospitality there. Careless manager and the same kind of support staff. They are saying they are sorry, but it is just an expression, and there is no help behind that. The most positive detail is their breakfast and the lady making that food. The food was excellent, with only one point. You have to wake up early to get your breakfast. The room was not cleaned after the first night, the second, or the third. Disregarding if you ask them personally or leave the tag “make my room.” The shower smells because of the clogged drain. The staff is unfriendly and ignorant of their problems. Promises they are giving to you are worthless. Reservations you made are pointless because “someone” can forget to click the button on their computer, and you will be kicked out with a smile, “oh, we are sorry.”

My husband and I wanted to ship extra luggage by post and forgot a bag with NEW BRAND clothes on the floor. Здание 3-этажное с лифтом.|Налево от отеля метров 400 до проспекта Шота Руставели, у перекрёстка есть несколько ресторанов (готовят вкусно) и магазинов, в том числе Связной (можно купить местную сим-карту). А если пойти прямо, то минут через 15 можно дойти до сельскохозяйственного рынка (хорошее место для покупки орехов, сухофруктов, свежих фруктов и овощей, цены заметно ниже, чем там, куда завозят гиды).|В этом отеле мы останавливались дважды по 2 ночи с интервалом в несколько дней (так был устроен тур). В первый раз нам достался номер на 2м этаже с окнами на боковой фасад, во второй – на 3м этаже с окнами на задний фасад. Номера очень похожие, основное различие: в первом номере было 2 маленьких окошка под потолком, а во втором – нормальное окно почти во всю ширину стены. В номерах: 2-спальная кровать, 2 тумбочки, кондиционер, телевизор, письменный стол, чайник, ёмкости с чаем, сахарным песком и растворимым кофе, пара бутылок воды 0,5 л, санузел с душевой кабиной. Всё исправное. Матрас на кровати высокий и, вероятно, не дешёвый, но жёсткий, моей больной спине не понравился.|Завтрак (шведский стол) отличный. Были даже фрукты, включая только что появившуюся местную вишню. Но каждый день одно и то же, всё-таки отель не рассчитан на длительное проживание.|Персонал приветливый, на просьбу помочь разобраться с каналами отреагировали мгновенно. Кстати, по поводу каналов.
