Brand new 5 floor boutique hotel. Booked self contained balcony room. Great value. Pool view from room window. Balcony view of vacant lots but building constructions in progress. Couldn't hear street noise in room. Spacious room, comfortable beds with quality linen. Table and chairs plus bench seating in room. Lovely fresh decor. Small kitchen with basic cooking utensils supplied. Bonus Earl grey tea, 3 in 1 coffee sachets. Complimentary water. Wifi good speed, cable TV large screen. In room safe. Toiletries supplied. Sumptuous breakfast included. Clean kitchen No restaurant but 5+ min walk takes you to main street, many restaurants in area. Public beach access approx 15 min walk. Friendly staff with reasonable English can organize transport or hire their motor bikes. Lovely fresh water pool with spa jets at deep end. Pool towels supplied. Outside seating plus seating areas on all floor. Away from the main tourist area....

I initially booked 5 rooms for 10paxs last min due to some changes i have take up 4 rooms for 9paxs Minh was flexible and accomdating refund me back the balance.The Hotel was clean and quite for those who really want to have a good relaxed nearby are all small inn and hotel.Location toward city and beach by car approximately 5-10min ride.Breakfast of the day there are some changes in their menu.Overall we had a great stayed.||Things that can improved:||1.Cooker hood -Install too low with no sharp edge protector one may hit the head.||2.Water pressure in the room is weak not able to use the rain shower.||3.No coffee mug for not beverage except glasses and tea cups.||The only girl who spoke English at the front desk were friendly...
