Prana Boutique Hotel & Apartments — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Short Review : The best service from landlord/staff and apartment in Danang, period. Felt like a homestay with so much care from landlord and staff. The rooftop was one of the reasons I could keep my sanity during COVID lockdown. Great open rooftop, 20m pool and gym. Great neighbors that's been staying there from almost the beginning.

Longer Review : I lived in Danang for more than 5 years and stayed in three of the bigger apartments like Azura before arriving at Prana for my final year.

I've had small and big incidents happen at all the apartments. I ended up leaving them because of the way the previous landlords handled the situation (waterleaks, airconditioner etc..)

I also had a small incident at Prana during the first few weeks but Mr. Hoang, the landlord, handled it immediately and made sure that I was satisfied with everything.

Mr. Hoang and his wife Ms Nga is so caring like Vietnamese parents, and staff are really helpful with everything you need, even with outside issues you may have trouble handling yourself while your stay in Vietnam.

Hotel service/features : Again, Mr. Hoang family/staff are great and very accommodative. Besides the beautiful interior/exterior, the hotel/apartment is exceptionally maintained by the landlord and family/staff.

I won't get into details of the features of the rooms/hotel, but I need to include, the Prana rooftop and pool is unlike any in Danang for the price, with a clear open view and mini lounge. During the lockdown, it was the best place to be.

To top it all off, all the neighbors are great and friendly. I can say that I got through the lockdown because of Prana family...

This boutique hotel felt more like a homestay in that I think every guest was made to feel like family. It's in a residential neighborhood and there is a bit of construction in the area, but they stop working when the sun goes down, so there were absolutely no noise issues at night. ||||The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, couch, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and good amenities.||||The staff were super-friendly and helpful. I can't say enough nice things about all of them - they were great! ||||It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach and even closer to several excellent restaurants, so the location was perfect - and a very good value, too. It's priced like a budget hotel but the quality is far nicer than that; mid-range travelers will enjoy this place. ||||They did a great job organizing a driver to meet me at the airport when I arrived and again when I departed. No hassles, no worries and he was a careful driver, too. ||||This hotel has only been open for a couple of months, so everything was clean and new. They have a pool upstairs but I didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of it. ||||I'll take off half a star for the sometimes spotty wifi and not as many western choices as I would have liked for breakfast, though they did have made to order eggs. But all in all, this was a great find and I would definitely stay here again next time...
