MY ADVICE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! there is some hotel with similar price but with better hospitality.
I have bad experience for 3 nights stay at this hotel, first with one of the hotel staff that’s very impolite and also for the unclear policy surcharge. vert bad service, not professional accomodation with 4 star. at first i booked this hotel i already had problem regarding the voucher issued when i already paid then the voucher was cancelled by the hotel and traveloka cs told me that the hotel put the wrong price so hotel didn’t want to issued my voucher, but thanks to traveloka to give us win win solution so i didn’t need to pay extra.
first problem clear, then when i arrived, hotel asked me how many people stay, then i asked is there any room available for today or extra bed,and she said already full and no extra bed available, they didn’t explain anything about surcharge. then a day after while we were back to hotel, one of the receptionist, a girl with braces call me at room that was very annoying i just came back from our trip and very tired then must argue with her, said i must pay surcharge 250,000 VND, i asked her for what they said for bfast because we are 3 persons stay in a room, then i said one of us didn’t take any bfast just sleep. then i said okay lets talk tomorrow in the lobby. the next day, the FOM said we must paid VND 200,000 and i asked again for what and she said for electricity. at that time i feel so confused because they are team but have different statement like this is not hotel regulations but personal beneficial. and also i didn’t find any statement regarding this policy when i booked (no surcharge policy statement, they just added by the time this case happened and written by vietnamese language). but i respect for the GM’s decision so i didn’t need to pay extra. okay case closed for this, anger also get calm down. last day when i will go for check out, again the receptionist girl with braces blame me that i steal they slippers. yes i was asking for more slippers when she was in charge (11 sept) but the staff (house keeping) said it’s not available. that day my anger is back. i have the photo of that girl but i dont want to put it here. the things that i want to say is i’m very2 dissapointed with this hotel with 4 star hotel, bad attitude for all of staff, unclear regulations. my advice please make clear regulations and if there is any surcharge please stated so guest can consider when choose the accomodation for stay. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was simply unacceptable.
First of all, the shower bottle (shampoo/body wash) was completely empty when we tried to use it. This is a basic amenity that should always be checked and refilled before a new guest arrives. The fact that this was overlooked shows a serious lack of attention to detail in housekeeping or room preparation. We arrived late and had to contact the front desk to get it resolved, which was frustrating and completely avoidable.
Secondly, the service was well below expectations. Staff members were not friendly or helpful, and there was no sense of hospitality. When we raised the issue about the shower bottle, there was no apology, no follow-up, and no sense that they cared about the guest experience. It felt like we were being brushed off rather than properly assisted.
Lastly, the breakfast was very basic and disappointing. The selection was minimal, the quality of food was poor, and overall it did not reflect the price we paid or the standard the hotel claims to offer. We've stayed in similar hotels at this price point with much better offerings.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. From poor service to lack of proper room checks and a mediocre breakfast, there is a lot this hotel needs to improve. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others unless significant...
Read moreWe stayed here 4 nights in August 2024 so recently, we had a family room so two queen beds. The room was a great size. The balcony was very small but perfect for me to go outside for a smoke. The view of the carnival was great, especially to enjoy the fireworks at night. Wish I got the view of the golden dragon bridge like I requested but oh well. The bathroom is tiny & I mean tiny. Literally one person at a time can use it which was a little annoying when you have 3 other people needing to either use the toilet or brush teeth. Being a family room you would think the bathroom would be alot bigger. |Every thing was clean & mould free, just hated after having our room cleaned everyday that there was long black hair all over the floor, gross, I'm blonde so it definitely wasn't mine. |The bench in the room was completely useless, like what are you meant to put on it. With one large suitcase & 4 carry on bags there was no room to leave our suitcases open. 2 carry ons fitted in the robe provided & the hang rail, gezz you need to be a giant to reach that Haha not suitable for a person my height 5foot. |Breakfast was ok. Lots of variety but everything was cold. I had to get soup heated up. |The pool, well, that was gorgeous. The view was spectacular. The pool was the highlight of this hotel for our family.
