Complete joke of a management team... False / misleading listings on Agoda / Booking.com indicating that rooms have balconies and bathtubs.

Asked to move to one with a balcony, yet they refused citing a lack of rooms, but many rooms were still available online.

Was given a 'balcony', but was indoor, zero airflow... Not a balcony, just another indoor area.

Reply to Hotel:

The hotel does not give any indication that a special request is required to get a bathtub.

The balcony is one of the key issues, yet is ignored... "A balcony is an outdoor platform attached to a building, typically above ground level, with a railing for safety. It is accessed through a door or window."

The AC is centrally controlled, resulting in almost no airflow in the room and what feels like unhealthy air quality.

The hotel has had time to reply to this review, yet, doesn't appear to have time to discuss the matter with the Agoda Customer Care team (screenshot attached).

Very spacious room with kitchen, good location- close enough to the beach and restaurants, very good service, and CLEAN! We were very pleased with our room which had an amazing view of the river. It was cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that when we first arrived we were surprised to find that the kitchen had no utensils, plates or pots. Although, we booked this hotel to be able to cook for our two babies. When we asked reception about that they explained that they only provide utensils/pots/plates for people staying for more than a month and that they will charge us extra fee daily. This never happened to me before and did not make sense (to have an empty kitchen!), and it was not written anywhere on the website or booking details. When we complained, they decided to provide us with a few things at no extra cost but asked my husband to keep his passport with them and warned us to charge us 3 million dong for any damage. I would still recommend this place due to the other reasons...

The room is spacious and clean. I love the bidet toilet, you don’t see this too often even staying at a five star hotel. It is very close to the airport and the beach and a short Grab ride to all the famous attractions like Ba Na Hills, Hỏi Ăn, and chua Linh An, etc. The reception staffs are very friendly. However, here is my negative experience that I think Lamanga owner can improve on. The facility listed as non-smoking facility. I saw the staff smoking on the rooftop where they host continental breakfast. One group of business man came up and sit right next to us for breakfast. They lid up the cigarettes and I advised them that it’s a smoke free facility. They put it out and move across the room and lid it up again. We are sitting under the wind and got it all. The staff would not intervene and said that it is ok to smoke on the rooftop. If this is the case then do not list your facility as smoke free facility. I was very disappointed. One other small note: the room temperature are control by the staff, you couldn’t lower it...
