Golden Sea Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Our towels had yellow stains. The floor towel was so dark, dirty, and ultimately full of filth, the idea of stepping on it was terrifying. The room sandals are dark and used up, what’s the point of having them prepped and stationed in the room if they’re going to look like it was used and worn through war. When I was showering, the water turned cold midway. I went to the receptionist about it and they said I should’ve called so they could fix it. I’m literally in the shower, I can’t just get out. No other hotel I’ve been in Vietnam has ever had this issue. Next, I accidentally dropped a shampoo bottle and it shattered. I take accountability. Went to the receptionist to pay for it and they said 150K VND. WHAT. The bottle itself is not as nice as other hotels that are higher rated. My relative once dropped a bottle in a nicer hotel and paid 100K. So why the high price for an older bottle for a 3 star hotel? Never coming back here. The room is clean and beautiful designs. The staff specially in lobby terrible English both girls in night & morning duty, beautiful face but not polite helping guest, I rent motor for 1 day to eat outside and because I went Bana hills by Car tour service I not use it after, the fee is double like 2days even time of rent is 11pm to 9pm next day they charge me like 2day very expensive for a manual motor. The renter talk different and when we return different man say very high price. The receptionist unpolite always saying NO NO ... When you ask help, so sad here. Other hotel very kind receptionist always helping guest. I hope people will not experience mine its so terrible 😭. My TET here in Danang is sad because of this experience. I had a trip to Da Nang with my family to visit my hometown, and we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The first impression was that the staff there is very friendly; if I need any information, just ask and they would tell everything they know. Talking about the room, I might say that it is not good all. The room we booked has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. However, the single one was put in front of the door that led to the balcony. Moreover, the view from our room was not nice; I could see the restaurant nearby and felt annoyed because of the noise from that one. For the breakfast, the food was really bad; it was smelly and had bad taste. For the beach, we had to take a taxi to get there because it is far about 600-700 meters from our hotel, however, they told me that the beach is near and we could walk to it.
