Hyatt Regency Danang - Residence D — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

I was told at check-in that late check-out is available and my check-out would be 4pm. But on the day I was informed it was not possible due to full booking. I understand it was stated as “upon availability,” but in that case, I would have appreciated being informed yesterday or earlier today. I had arranged my schedule, including reservations and plans to meet my parents, based on the understanding that I could check out at 4 PM, as told at check-in. Changing this at the last minute caused significant inconvenience.

Additionally, after receiving the call about the late check-out being unavailable, I was told I could have a 30-minute extension until 11:30. I reorganized my schedule accordingly, but about five minutes later, a staff member came to collect my luggage, so I ended up having to pack quickly and leave without using the extra time.

Similarly, although early check-in was advertised as available from 12:00, I was actually given my room an hour later than the standard check-in time. If the hotel cannot manage guest schedules reliably, I believe at least prior notice should be given.

Hyatt Regency Da Nang is truly one of the best places to stay in the city. From the moment we arrived, Ethan at the reception made our check-in experience seamless and comfortable. He went above and beyond, taking care of even the little things I hadn’t noticed, and arranged the perfect room for our family with a baby. Terrible hotel. Nothing works. Hot water does not work. Internet does not work. Phone systems do not work. I booked a villa and expected much more. Do not waste your money by staying at this resort. Don’t let the photos fool you. It all looks very nice online, but in reality, you will be very disappointed with the price you have to pay.
