My boyfriend and I stayed at Ann’s place for a month, and overall, it was a good experience for long-term travelers or digital nomads.
We booked directly with Ann to avoid Airbnb’s high fees (I recommend doing the same or booking through another platform). Ann gave us a great price—$300, including weekly cleaning and laundry service.
The main point- the room - clean, cozy and comfortable.
There are some recommendations and observations for anyone considering a longer stay:
Motorbike Rental: While Ann offers bike rentals, we found a better deal at a nearby shop - Tuan Motorbikes rental
Bicycle Option: There’s a bicycle available, but keep in mind that Da Nang isn’t the most bike-friendly city
Rooftop Terrace: There’s a rooftop terrace, but it’s sadly underutilized. Adding some shade, comfortable seating, tables, and plants could transform it into a fantastic space.
Laundry Service: This is outsourced, and we had issues with items going missing (underwear, socks, a T-shirt, and a laundry bag—only the bag was returned). It would be much better if laundry were handled in-house since there’s a storage room that could easily serve as a laundry room.
Balcony Clothing Rack: A drying rack on the balcony would be incredibly useful for swimsuits, given the proximity to the beach.
Water Fountain: Unfortunately, there’s no water refill station. Adding one would not only be convenient for guests but also reduce plastic waste—a small but impactful change!
Location: not bad, there is a small coffee shop and a grocery walking distance, however in DaNang is not a walkable city.
Last note, Anne was very helpful, answered quickly when we had a question and she would recommend me where to go or what to do if there as a special occasion.
Hope someone will find...
Read moreAnn’s Airbnb is simply the best in town! I stayed for nearly three months and loved the welcoming atmosphere, especially since many guests stay for extended periods. The building is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated with rare charm—nothing like the impersonal feel of a hotel. The location is perfect: in an authentic neighborhood just a stone’s throw from the Dragon Bridge, yet tucked away from the noise of busy streets. Communication with Ann is always seamless—she’s quick to respond, helpful, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place...

Stay in July 65 Accommodation may be a bit difficult to find. But enough to know the way near the dragon bridge near night market Enough to walk for a bit of exercise The host is friendly. give us a good help We went to worship the Lady Buddha. and can't call a grabcar she will help us find a car.
The accommodation is pretty photogenic like being in a cafe. But the air conditioner is quite old, not cold, but has a fan. The room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor, the shelf in the shower room was very high. Some of the equipment in the bathroom is damaged. Date of stay There is only a group of 5 of us in the accommodation, secretly afraid, can't sleep well. Woke up this morning and still couldn't find the owner. Had to hide the key and leave.
Stay 1 night,...
