We had vegan/vegetarian hot pot and it was amazing, best food I had since I arrived in Vietnam (1 months ago). It is incredible the variety of vegetables, tofu and mushrooms that they used. We had the opportunity to share it with the family and they are so nice! Very kind and nice people that explained us many things about Vietnamese food. Quán Chay Tâm Tịnh is a hidden gem. We were greatly and pleasantly surprised by what we had here. Staying in a nearby hotel, we came here for dinner around 6 pm. The home restaurant is somewhat hidden in an alleyway. It seemed that they were already closed or about to close when we arrived. They gladly made something for us anyway.
