Nguyen Gia Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The staff is also very polite and eager to help. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The complementary breakfast was also r good with options for both Veg and Non-Veg. Also, you can specially request some other breakfast item, too, and if possible, they will serve that too. I am sharing one thing that I observed. We stayed in two types of room, for 2 nights we stayed in a room with sea view but without balcony, and for another 2 nights we stayed in a room with sea view with balcony. The catch with the room with sea view without balcony is that you will not get a front view room. You will get a side view of the sea from a window in the room. Only if you book a sea view room with a balcony will you get a front view from the balcony. So be mindful while booking. Also, the hotel is a bit off from the city center. So, in case you need to get something or visit the main beach area in the city center, you need to book a cab, or from the hotel you can rent bicycle for free. We enjoyed our stay as for all the tours our pickup was from the hotel and we enjoyed the environment free from the hustle of the city. We booked 1 suite and 2 deluxe rooms with balcony. The check in was nice until they informed us that the 2 deluxe rooms « will be upgraded to Suite BECAUSE THESE TWO ROOMS WITH BALCONY WILL BE NOT AVAILABLE » even we booked and it has been confirmed. But anyways it’s okay for us. Then the bathroom has no cool water only hot water. We also booked buffet breakfast for 6 people of our family for 4 days. Its a family trip so we would like to be together for breakfast, but when we arrived at the breakfast this morning, there is no 6-seat tables were taken by some couple guests. I was asking for an extra seat at a 5 seat table so that my family can be together. Dung (with glasses) - the waitress replied to me « no! It’s impossible » like a robot answer. She didnt even asked me why? And even my brother tried to ask one more time she said the same thing « like no it’s impossible » without hesitation. For me it is not a nice interaction to your guests at the hotel. ||I like the hotels since its local and it is very well designed. However, some small parts brought me disappointed. I also work in a hotel in France so I know Customer service is very important. Thats sad that very little point bring bad...

I Stayed here for three months and had the place as a base. It’s perfectly located on the seafront and close enough to get to My Khe beach and the main beach bars and restaurants but far enough away so as to not deal with the noise or hustle and bustle that comes with it. ||The rooms are spacious and maintained to a nice standard, equipped with the usual amenities. The rooftop deck is nice for a view with a breeze but b mindful that the pool is very small. Good for a dip but not much more or actual swimming fortunately the sea is just across the road. ||The 2nd floor restaurant is very nice with a large indoor area and a decent sized outdoor terrace to dine with a sea view. Prices are reasonable but some menu items were not in stock the entire three months I was there so should probably be removed from the menu. ||The staff were exceptional and always willing to go above and beyond and help as best they can. I can’t praise the team enough as they really made my stay comfortable. Definitely my Hotel of choice in Da Nang if you want...
