Visiting Ba Na Hills was one of the best parts of my trip to Vietnam! The entire place feels like stepping into another world — a mix of natural beauty, cool mountain air, and stunning European-style architecture sitting above the clouds.
The cable car ride to the top was absolutely breathtaking — long, peaceful, and offering incredible views of the forests and waterfalls below. It’s no wonder it’s in the record books; the experience alone makes you feel like you’re floating through the clouds.
At the summit, the first sight of the Golden Bridge — those massive stone hands holding up the walkway — is just magical. It’s even more impressive in person than in photos. Walking along it with mist rolling in was surreal.
The French Village was another highlight — it’s beautifully built, with cobblestone streets, little cafés, and a charming European vibe. The Fantasy Park adds a fun touch, especially if you’re traveling with family or kids.
What I loved most was the cool climate and the peaceful feeling at the top. After the warm weather in Da Nang, this felt like a retreat in the clouds. The gardens and viewpoints are perfect for photos and quiet moments.
Food and drinks are slightly pricey (as expected for a hill resort), but the experience overall is 100% worth it.

Read moreBa Na Hills is a truly unique destination that feels like stepping into a different world! The highlight is undoubtedly the cable car ride, which is an experience in itself, offering stunning, record-breaking views of the mountains and jungle. Once you arrive, the Golden Bridge (Cau Vang) is absolutely magnificent. Get there as early as possible (before the park officially opens if you can manage an overnight stay) to avoid the thick crowds and fog, and to get the best photos. The French Village is charming and provides a great backdrop for photos, although it definitely feels like a themed amusement park, not a slice of authentic Vietnam. The Fantasy Park is a fun addition, especially for families, as most of the rides and arcade games are included in the entrance fee. Don't miss the thrilling Alpine Coaster! A few tips: Weather changes fast. Bring layers—it can be cool and foggy up top, even if it's hot at the bottom. It is very crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. Go on a weekday and arrive right when they open if you can. Food can be pricey; consider booking a ticket that includes the buffet or...
Read moreThis beach is like something straight out of a postcard, folks. You've got these gorgeous white sands that stretch as far as the eye can see, paired with crystal-clear blue waters that just beg you to take a dip. It's like nature decided to show off here.
What I love about Mân Thái is that it's not as packed as some of the other beaches around Danang. You can actually find a spot to lay out your towel and not feel like you're sitting on top of someone else. It's perfect for a day of relaxation or some fun in the sun without the crowds.
Now, if you're into water activities, this place has you covered. Whether you want to swim, snorkel, or maybe even try your hand at some surfing, Mân Thái has the space and the waves for it all. And when you're ready to refuel, there are some fantastic seafood spots right on the beach where you can dig into some freshly caught treats.
Overall, this is a hidden gem in Danang. It’s got the beauty, the tranquility, and just the right amount of adventure. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle and soak in some natural beauty, this beach is definitely worth...
