This is just a dirty campground with built in shacks to stay in.

Don't trust the fake reviews. This is the real state of the hotel. The owners and staff see nothing wrong with this and take no responsibility. They refused to provide me a refund even after Agoda intervened and explicitly told them to. Agoda had to force through a refund without them while I stood at the hotel on the phone for 30 minutes with the owners uncomfortably arguing with me. They still refused. Again, they see no issues with the state of their neglected, filthy, hazardous campground. So why should they refund me? It's my fault I'm upset. Not their problem. That was the attitude.

The washrooms and showers are shared and dirty. There is no soap at all at the shared sinks. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. Equivalent to sleeping on a carpeted floor with a sheet over it. The room is approx 1.5X the size of a queen sized bed. Uncomfortable yet manageable.

This "hotel" or campground is in a bad neighborhood in the middle of the city. It's not rural. There are no good views.

The shacks are about 25 feet away from a very busy road which is very loud and busy, all day and all night.

The shacks get very cold at night (13°C) and very hot during the day (27°C+). It acts as a cooler at night and a heater during the day. There are no heaters or air conditioning.

My shack was under construction while I was still in it, with a man peeking through my windows inches away. This is extremely third world.

I didn't sleep at all the entire night and checked out into a much nicer, yet still cheaper hotel to get some sleep in. This disrupted my entire schedule and vacation. If you want to risk ruining your vacation and being miserable then try this place out.

The entire place is littered with cigarette butts, trash and construction hazards. Including sharp broken pieces of tile, metal. Nails and screws. These are not good people.

First and foremost, the bowl of pho I ordered was superb. Very good kick from the broth after you add a couple of chilis. It was the one positive experience we had from eating there.

Why we won't be back: we were wanting to communicate to the server to take our order from a younger gentleman. There seemed to be a communication breakdown when ordering from the menu (not the man's fault), however a woman scolds our server and steps in to take our order. She was very rude and very impatient with taking our order. After wanting to make sure our order was put in correctly she scoffed at us and walked away. When the food arrived I only recieved my food while my girlfriend didn't get hers.

Very unfriendly customer service from the woman that took our order and didnt put it in correctly. Very shameful behavior. The gentleman was friendly, the woman was impatient and was trying to rush us out of the restaurant. We will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good...

⚠️Please don’t believe the reviews! They're not even a store! We arrived at the location on Google Maps and found no one there, so we called them as others said in the reviews. The person who answered the phone spoke English and asked us to wait for only a few minutes.

We stood there and waited for 20 minutes before someone came. He didn't speak English and we couldn't communicate well. And he asked us to sign for payment without any explanation! It was me who took the initiative to use translation to communicate with him!

I learned about the car rental and decided to fill in the information. He asked me to pledge a passport. I asked if I could pay a deposit as compensation since I need my passport to check into the new hotel He immediately said "NO!" and left with a bad attitude.
