DRAFT BEER Danang Downtown — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

Not a good experience. My girlfriend and I ordered our food at the same time but only my girlfriend’s food arrived along with some rice we ordered to share. My food was nowhere to be seen and so I chased this up with the staff, they seemed to understand and so I continued to wait. It then reached 1 hour since we ordered and my girlfriend had finished her food and so I queried the whereabouts of my food for a second time. The staff explained it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, my food arrived but by this point, the rice that arrived 45 minutes prior was cold and so I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. During the wait, another couple who were sat near us stood up and walked off in frustration. They explained they’d been sat at their table waiting to be served for over 30 minutes. However, I couldn’t see any reason for why they hadn’t been served as the restaurant was very quiet and there were multiple waiters and waitresses working. That said, it appeared they spent more time on their phones than paying attention to their customers. Furthermore, after finishing my meal I asked for the bill. I could see they charged us full price and so I tried to negotiate a discount due to the poor service we received. The waitress explained the the bill was not negotiable before eventually offering a 10% discount. However, the discount was only taken off my meal and not the total bill. The food was pleasant but sadly the whole experience had been ruined before my food was even served. I wouldn’t return to this restaurant and this is the first poor experience of customer service I have experienced during my 1 month...

We had a fantastic dining experience here at Draft Beer Restaurant (Sun Kraft Beer – Da Nang). The place has a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for enjoying Vietnamese food with a refreshing craft beer.

We ordered quite a spread and every dish was spot on: • Vietnamese spring rolls – crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The dipping sauces made them even better. • Fresh salmon salad – light, refreshing, with perfectly grilled salmon pieces on top. • Grilled beef with fries and salad – tender meat, flavorful sauce, and a great balance with the sides. • Traditional pork platter with herbs and vegetables – beautifully presented, fresh, and authentic in taste.

On top of that, the Veranda Draft Beer was smooth and paired so well with the food. 🍺

Service was attentive, the presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Da Nang and want a mix of authentic Vietnamese flavors with a modern touch.

Overview: I visited DRAFT BEER at 13:00 on Sunday. Located, next to Downtown. Draft Beer is a large, open air bar/restaurant. Since it’s open air, there’s no AC, but there are plenty of portable fans to keep you cool
