A Beautiful & Tranquil Experience at Sapa Jade Hill
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Jade Hill, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the stunning mountains of Sapa, this resort offers a perfect combination of luxury, natural beauty, and tranquility.
From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere and breathtaking views of the surrounding mist-covered hills took our breath away. The property is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and picturesque walking paths that allow you to truly connect with nature. Despite the misty weather during our stay, the resort's charm and peaceful environment still made it an extraordinary experience.
The staff at Sapa Jade Hill were exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every part of our stay was comfortable. The level of hospitality was top-notch, with the team always going the extra mile to make us feel at home.
The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable. Our room was spacious, with large windows that offered an amazing view of the hills, even with the fog. The modern amenities provided ensured that we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high-end toiletries that made the experience even more indulgent.
One of the highlights of the stay was the dining experience. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious Vietnamese and international dishes, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Each meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
We also had the opportunity to experience the resort's many activities, including hiking and nature walks. The misty weather added a magical touch to the entire experience, making it feel like we were stepping into a different world.
Though the weather was not ideal for photography, we did our best to capture the beauty of the property with some drone footage, and we hope to share it soon! Despite the mist, the views were still stunning, and it was clear that Sapa Jade Hill is a place meant for both relaxation and adventure.
Overall, our stay at Sapa Jade Hill was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or simply a place to unwind, this resort offers an experience that is truly one-of-a-kind.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable — we can't wait...
Read moreI’ve stayed at many hotels around the world (Europe, America, Asia, Australia) and I would say that the service at Sapa Jade Hill is the best out of all the hotel experiences I have had.
Their service stood out exceptionally to me because I sprained my ankle right outside the hotel on the first day of arriving. Upon seeing me in pain, they quickly offered me to use their medical room which had a bed and some medicine and gave ice whenever we needed it. We were content to use the reception area as it was comfortable enough, but the medical room was greatly appreciated since we were too early for check in. And they kept checking in to see if I was feeling better too.
When we were able to check in, without even asking them, they took the initiative to switch our room to something that has lesser steps, as it would be hard for me to access a room with many steps to the entrance.
I still tried to continue on my trip around Sapa and we asked them if they know where we can buy crutches in the area as it was hard to walk. To our surprise they pulled out a pair of crutches from the store room and loaned it to us! Thanks to this, I was still able to complete some things on our itinerary!
In the morning at the breakfast buffet, another staff saw my injury and volunteered to help me take the food I wanted even though she didn’t have to. The buggy driver also was patient for me to board and alight the buggy and helped to support me and made sure I was safe too.
Beyond the really good care that they provided, the room and facilities were super clean, the view from the panoramic bungalow was amazing on a clear day, and also the breakfast buffet was delicious. Usually we will arrive maybe half an hour before the buffet closes, and in other hotels, there will be limited food and variety left. But for this hotel stay, even when we were late, all the food was still available. Distance from the town centre is just nice as well (10 mins away) so that it’s quiet enough to be away from the city but yet accessible.
The service we experienced at Sapa Jade Hill went above, beyond our expectations and I truly enjoyed my stay there because of it. At every touch point the staff were kind, thoughtful, considerate and went beyond their duty to provide the warmest hospitality. Thank you very much Sapa Jade Hill for taking the best...
Read moreI was quite disappointed. Started with the pick up car, we waited for the car for a while and ended up have to call a taxi on our own. The manager did offer a free ride town to town as compensation, so a star for her. However, later that afternoon when we requested it they said the driver isnt available and said we can use it tomorrow... okay. Then at night when we booked our ride for the morning and was told the driver is sick. Okayyyy. They then offer to pay for our taxi, which is fine. The first room we had the view was a construction site... not what we wanted. They didnt want to move us, said everything is booked. Well we didnt paid good money at a resort for this. They finally moved us when we said we quite disappointed about this. THEN our room doesnt have heating blanket or heating mattress (which they should). When they gave us the room, clearly said the mosquitoes spray was complimentary, since we are at the mountain. We still got charge for using it!
The front desk girl was like no you remember wrong. WOWWW, for 56 vietnam dong you are just tipping the scale lady. This is why I am writing this review, yup, you reception lady with an attitude.
If the manager is reading this, your resort customer service is horrible, you should train your employees better. Especially for a “high end” place like you named yourself.
The way up to the resort is bad, the road is bumpy, dust everywhere, taxi isnt available all the time.
Around the hotel construction everywhere, loud and dusty. Nothing really there yet. The view is alright, ill give them another star for that.
Overall, do not recommend. If you still want to come here, go back after another year, two year maybe. When everything...
