We first discovered Ville De Mont in the most unexpected way. Back in 2023, while visiting Sapa, we heard about a beautiful spot called Café 1600 that overlooked the mountains. At the time, we had no idea that this café would later be connected to our dream wedding venue. A year later, while searching for venues all over the world, we came across Ville De Mont and realized it was part of the same place we had visited before. Learning that they also hosted weddings with breathtaking views of Fansipan Mountain felt like fate. We knew then that our wedding was meant to be here.
From the very beginning, Ville De Mont went above and beyond our expectations. The team was thoughtful, professional, and so caring through the entire planning process. They were always accommodating, even with last-minute changes, and made sure that both we and our guests felt cared for at every moment. During our wedding week, they truly anticipated every need, even preparing backup plans for weather changes so we never had to worry. Their hospitality was simply unmatched.
The food was also one of the biggest highlights of our celebration. Chef Hung catered both our welcome dinner and our wedding reception, and every dish was incredible. We especially loved how the welcome dinner was designed as a night market with cultural Hmong elements. It created such a unique and immersive experience that brought us and our guests right into the heart of Sapa. Everyone is still talking about how memorable it was.
We are so grateful for the wonderful people and all of the staff who made our wedding possible. Especially Jun, who was present on-site during the wedding day and went above and beyond to help us at every moment. Annie who was there during our site visit and again a week before the wedding, even meeting with us in Hanoi to finalize plans. Their dedication and attention to detail made everything so seamless and stress-free.
Most importantly, we want to sincerely thank Ms. Nhan Dang, the owner of Ville De Mont, for allowing us to celebrate our beautiful wedding here. Without her vision and generosity in creating such a stunning venue, our once-in-a-lifetime experience would not have been possible.
Our wedding at Ville De Mont was everything we dreamed of and so much more. The breathtaking setting, the exceptional food, and the heartfelt care from the entire team made it an experience we will cherish forever. We are endlessly thankful to everyone who made it so smooth, beautiful, and unforgettable.
Thank you to the Ville De Mont...
Read moreThe staff here could not have been more helpful or gracious, and we remain very grateful to them for all of the help and advice they offered to us. The villa was large, immaculately clean, and the electric blankets on the bed were extremely welcome, as were the handwritten note and complimentary goodies that greeted us. The living space was really beautiful and impressive. Although we had some complaints, we would happily stay there again, but at another time of year, perhaps.||We did have a few minor quibbles, most of which could probably be attributed to the lousy weather we were unfortunate enough to experience during our stay. We could not heat the villa, making the electric blankets more of a necessity than a luxury, nor could we figure out how to have enough hot water for two showers. There was an issue with drainage in the bathroom that we also couldn't get to the bottom of that meant the room was almost flooded for some time after a shower. These things, which I fully accept could have been problems of our own making, made our stay less comfortable than we would have hoped. In addition, the constant need to wait, albeit never for long, for trams to bring us to and from the facility was more frustrating than it might have been in better weather when we might have been able to see something of what is probably a breathtaking view. The fog during our stay was practically solid, which may have contributed to our grumbling. Finally, we had mixed feelings on the quality of the breakfast food. While the pho and salmon porridge were delicious, everything else was disappointing and barely warm. Although this seems like a long list, I want to emphasise again how brilliant the staff here are, and note that we would like to return in...
Read moreMy wife & I had the worst experience this past weekend visiting the hotel & asking in person about their set menu options & lunchtime availability to make a reservation. ||Absolutely awful communication & very poor service, as we were provided with different prices & first told we would have to pay a ridiculous amount just to sit at our desired seating option on top of obviously ordering a set menu. The seating charge varied as we were told different prices from different staff & then ended up being told we weren’t actually allowed to sit at our desired table overlooking the mountains & only to take photos then have to dine at another restaurant on site, even though we’ve seen others eating at that table on instagram. They told us it was just for advertisement… ||We were given multiple menus to choose from that mostly included seafood. However, as my wife doesn’t eat seafood she chose the chicken menu. In which they then said wasn’t an option. Our Vietnamese driver who was helping us translate then overheard the general manager yell at their staff & shouted at him saying, “this place is only for rich people…” ||We understand they probably want to prioritise guests at the hotel but the lack of honesty & no clarity in dining options, as well as the general manager’s utter rudeness was out of order. Completely unacceptable behaviour. It was quiet. They could’ve easily catered to us but it felt they tried to scam us constantly going back on their word making us feel so unwelcome & had zero manners. No...
