Hanz Chuong Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

This is the most disgusting place i have ever been in my life. Terrible experience in Da Lat. The place was so old, different with the picture, stinky and really dirty. The owner by herself , also cleaning room, not anyone else there, and she is so rude , as soon as we arrived. We booked 2 queen room with balcony, and she said we only book superior, tried to make us pay more to get balcony room. When we asked about new bedsheets so we can changed by ourselves, and i complaint how dirty and stinky the room was, she is so mad and yell at me, i have to buy my own room spray and keep spray it 3 times a day because the room really stinky. I even asked her is i can get my money back on the first day so she can keep 1 day money and give us back 2 days. She refused it because she got our money at the beginning when we check in. Don't even collected trash in 3 days. Stay in this place is a punishment but we just have to deal with it because we don't really want to pay for another place... Also when i stayed there, i heard a lot of arguments between the owner with another guest on the phone the same problems as me, when she teied to charged them more for the room rate. I hope yall not gonna be the next victims and uncomfortable in your trip, so Stay Away From This Place. This hotel is located at the bottom of a very steep alley. The room condition is poor very damp and smells terrible. There is nobody at the counter to check you in and when you do get to speak with the lady, she is very rude. The pictures must have been taken years ago because the rooms look nothing like they are portrayed to be. The lady was very aggravated that we asked for new towels each day and did not even want to give us new sheets for us to change the beds ourselves. There were cigarettes left over in the room that were not cleaned. There is mold on the ceiling and walls. The TV did not work at all. We had to buy our own air freshener to spray the room with after we move to a different room because our original room was too bad. We booked a balcony room, but was told we had to pay extra for that room. The sheets are very old and dirty, covered in pee, stains and who knows what else. If you are a tourist, I suggest you avoid this...

SCAM ALERT!!! We were at the doorstep of your hotel yesterday, and I can personally confirm that it’s closed and abandoned. Even a nearby hotel told us that you had closed a month ago. I also sent you a message to let you know that we had arrived, but you only responded today, saying that we didn’t show up. What kind of customer service is that? If your business is still operating, you should have responded immediately—especially since it was clear that we were having issues yesterday. I will be filing a formal complaint with Agoda if you attempt to charge me. This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience with a hotel. If you are not a scam, as you claim, you are certainly painting a bad image of Vietnam for other people,...
