This hotel is good value for money but I think there’s a few of things that could be improved: ||1. The bed is seriously hard, definitely in need of some new mattresses but is ok for 1 or 2 nights. ||2. The balcony is a shared balcony between two rooms think this could be stated on the booking. ||3. Your room isn’t cleaned whilst you’re there (we were there for 4 nights) we could have just done with the bin in the bathroom emptying. ||4. You do get a free breakfast (you have to cook it yourself) and this is great but there is a lack of cleaning stuff which makes it a bit difficult to clean up after yourself. ||5. The communication between the host and customers needs to be improved, we had an issue with hiring a bike (due to a lack of communication) but it was solved after the owner took responsibility which I really appreciated. ||Overall a good stay and...

Comfortable room and bed, nice bathroom, beautiful view as night, but no elevator, so if u booked the room at the floor 3, your feets would probably get cramped after getting there, handly staffs, but U can't get there with the help of maps, thus need to call the staff to show the way, also the way to the homestay is a nightmare, u would not want to ride on it the second time, also bad parking spot. Nếu có đi ĐL nữa chắc sẽ lại lựa chọn nhà Oriana thôi. Vì sao? Giá cả khỏi phải bàn. Rẻ so với mặt bằng chung. Đi chợ đêm mất tầm 10 Phút thôi. Phòng đẹp. View đẹp. Được uống cà phê kèm theo sử dụng máy massage miễn phí nữa. Anh chị chủ dễ thương. Cảm giác như ở nhà của mình vậy. Ở đây còn một điểm đặc biệt nữa là con dốc lúc xuống homestay. Rất chi là lạ và đặt biệt. Lần đầu tiên mình thấy con dốc mà nó dốc vậy luôn. Một trải nghiệm thú vị. Bày cách cho các bạn có chạy lên con dốc này thì nhớ bắt trớn từ xa nha. Mắc công lên ko nổi. Mình với bạn mình đi xe tay ga mà quên bắt trớn tăng ga từ trước cái bị đứng lúc gần hết dốc. Buộc đứa ngồi sau phải nhảy xuống đi bộ 🤣🤣🤣. À giờ check in ở nhà là 13h và check out là 11h nha . Nếu các bạn đến sớm quá thì có thể lại nhà gởi đồ xong thuê xe sau đó đi chơi vòng vòng rồi quay lại nhận phòng nha. Nhà có sân thượng nha các bạn. Xuống dưới pha ly cà phê rồi mang lên sân thượng uống là tuyệt lắm luôn. Ngắm nhìn thành phố. Trong nhà thì có nhiều góc để sống ảo lắm.
