Happy Hotel Đà Lạt — Hotel in Da Lat City

This place is good for short and long term stays! We are staying in a fully furnished apartment. Initially, you may not think there's an apartment here as the name is called The Happy Hotel. But they do have it! It's barely new and has modern design. Perfect for expats and Digital Nomad like us.

They have a contract when renting long term which is good.

They have friendly receptionists which receives our packages especially when we are outside. Mind you, they even pay on our behalf when we are out. That's an extra point for them! Thank you!

There's an elevator, motorbike parking in the basement, rooftop restaurant and garden. It's a well secured building. That's what I like about this place!

Pros: -They provide weekly cleaning, a washing machine and fast wifi. -It's also soundproof! Coz next to this building has a cement-like factory and it didn't bother us when the door and window was closed. -There are 2 bathrooms inside the unit which is not really necessary but good to have especially when you have a guest. -They have a Manager, maintenance personnel, receptionist, security and cleaning lady which comes handy whenever you need their assistance. -The local market is within reach! There's flowers, a meat shop, veggies, fruits and even a pharmacy next door.

Some Cons that need improvement: -The wifi is spotty inside the bedroom which means you may need a wifi range extender in case you work inside the room. But at the sofa/kitchen area no problem -There's no wifi password, which means you need to use VPN for security reasons There's no generator when its brown out. But they will advise about it. It only happened once.

Noisy mid-range hotel on a busy road. Road noise is very audible even with closed windows on a higher floor. Studio interior is modern and newly renovated though hotel lobby and facade is really gaudy. Lobby in particular is gloomy. Staff are helpful but speak little English. Tôi là người thuê tháng ở khách sạn anh khoa kế bên, tôi có treo mấy chậu cây ở cửa sổ nơi giao với happy hotel ở tầng 5 (tôi có để hình phía dưới) nhưng đã bị đánh cắp 2 lần, lần đầu tiên mất 1 chậu cây bonsai tôi đã không nói gì, lần thứ 2 khoảng tối hôm 30/7 đên sáng hôm nay ngày 31/7 thì đã bị đánh cắp 2 chậu còn lại, khu vực đó chỉ có tạp vụ quét dọn của bên happy hotel lui tới, tôi đã từng thấy và nghe được 2 bà nói với nhau chậu cây treo cửa sổ gì đấy lúc đang quét dọn nhưng hôm đó tôi ở nhà đang mở rèm cửa nên không có gì xảy ra, nếu có thể vui lòng check camera lại và nếu phát hiện đúng người quét dọn bên đó lấy cắp thì đuổi việc ngay lập tức cái loại trộm cắp đó không nên chứa chấp làm gì, để sau tôi còn treo chậu cây khác. Riết rồi đến nỗi chậu cây cũng bị lấy trộm, chẳng nhẽ mỗi ngày sáng trưng ra rồi lại lấy vào cất. Sáng ra...
