Hung Phong Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

I stayed in this hotel in Feb 2016, during the Vietnamese Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday on a tour with my family.|1. Location: It's a little bit off the crowded city center (Dalat Market). 5 mins of walk from the Con Ga Church and 10 mins of walk from the Xuan Huong park. Plenty of restaurants and food stalls on the street around the hotel.|2. Facility: Overall moderate. There's nothing special about the equipment, just normal bed, TV, lights, table, cabinet, etc.|- Elevator is small and very slow. It's a normal thing in Dalat that no hotel room has AC. |- The bathroom of the specific room I stayed in (2 level below ground floor) has weird floor that kept water from flowing into the sewage, I got to wipe the water away with my feet.|3. Service: The receptionists and housekeepers didn't wear uniforms, or they didn't have uniforms at all, I'm not sure. They are moderately polite, but a little bit irresponsive. Sometimes I had to repeat what I said to get their attention.|4. Ưu điểm: KS nằm ở vị trí gần trung tâm. Đi bộ 5 phút đến nhà thờ Chánh toà và 15 phút đến chợ đêm ĐL. Gần KS có rất nhiều hàng quán bán đủ các loại đồ ăn vào các buổi sáng trưa chiều tối. KS có thang máy, có gara để xe, phòng ốc đẹp. Có 2 hướng phòng: hướng nhìn xuống đường phố Hà Huy Tập và hướng nhìn về phía nhà thờ Con Gà. Giá cả của KS khá hợp lý (có thể do tôi đi vào mùa dịch và cũng là mùa thấp điểm trong năm, nên KS có điều chỉnh giá) Tôi đi công tác vào khoảng cuối 2020, ở phòng 3 giường/ 3 người giá 500k. Ngày hôm sau, đồng nghiệp về, còn mình tôi ở lại. KS vẫn để tôi ở phòng cũ với giá 300K. Nói chung, cách giải quyết này tôi thấy rất ok. Khuyết điểm: Vòi nước của KS không hiểu sao rất lâu nóng. Mỗi lần muốn tắm phải mở vòi cho nước chảy rất lâu, cỡ chừng nửa bồn tắm thì mới có nước đủ cho 1 người tắm, và phải tắm nhanh không thì nước lại lạnh trở lại.
