Khách sạn Pine View Dalat — Hotel in Da Lat City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pine View Hotel, and I cannot express enough how delighted I was with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive, addressing every request promptly and without the need for repetition, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. Our room was spotless, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. Despite one side of our room facing the road, it was remarkably quiet, thanks to the modern, soundproof balcony doors. This thoughtful detail ensured a peaceful and restful atmosphere.

The staff's helpfulness and understanding were truly commendable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. Regrettably, we had to cut our stay short and could not enjoy the full week we had initially planned. However, the exceptional experience we had guarantees that we will be returning in the near future.

Very disappointing stay! The strategy of this hotel is very clear: offer rooms for affordable prices and then they get you with additional cleaning fees etc.

We noticed multiple stains on our bedsheets, but based on previous reviews my partner fortunately took pictures.

When we mentioned the stains to the receptionist we got a rude attitude and he mentioned immediately (almost excited) that they were gonna charge us for it.

We showed the pictures and that it was already there but he first had to double check with colleagues.

Eventually we decided to leave our stay early. Location is too far from the city center and the above gave us a very sour taste!

Chả hiểu khách sạn kinh doanh kiểu gì mà dịch vụ lễ tân lẫn buồng phòng rất rất rất tệ. Khách sạn thì khá mới nhưng lại xa trung tâm, xem review thì cứ nghĩ chất lượng dịch vụ sẽ ok, nhưng không. Nhân viên lễ tân thì nói chuyện cộc lốc, không tập trung checkin khách mà lại cà rỡn trước mặt khách, giọng điệu rất chi gọi là mất dạy. Rồi còn phòng ốc thì thiếu vật tư tùm lum, mấy khách sạn khác có khăn nhỏ lau chân lại thảm chùi chân cho khách, chỗ này thì không. Rồi lúc check out thì lại báo phụ thu ra giường lại khăn dơ trong khi buồng phòng dọn thì quầy lễ tân không báo mình tiếng nào đùng cái tự nhiên phụ thu mấy trăm ngàn??? Rồi mình đi săn mây thì xuống gọi lễ tân mấy lần mới dậy, mà dậy rồi thì lơ mơ mở cửa cho mình thái độ khó chịu nữa, đéo hiểu mình book ks chứ có ở chùa đâu??? Rồi phòng thì chất cách âm kém, nguyên cả đêm ở trong phòng mà xung quanh tứ phía nguyên cái phòng đều nghe tiếng phòng xung quanh và tầng trên. Thật sự rất là thất vọng. Không biết chủ khách sạn có hiểu biết về mảng này không mà lại tạo ra được nhân sự và chất lượng dịchh vụ TỆ đến mức như vậy.
