Lan Phương Hotel — Hotel in Da Lat City

My family and I stayed for 6 nights at the hotel.

What was good: New room, cleanliness, friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Easy to book

What was not pleasant: -The most unpleasant is they knew my tour was cancelled but still included the tour fee into the check out bill. I had to point it out. Before the tour date I reminded them to check if there were changed, they said nothing changed, they contacted the company, very sure that the tour was on schedule. In the next morning, when we were ready to go, they said the tour was cancelled. OMG. I was really annoyed with their way of working. Different receptionist provide different tour provider's recommendation. After the 1st day, I contacted the tour provider myself to ensure that I got what I wanted. The laundry service is not as per my expectation. Clothes got returned 1 to 2 days later not in day or the day later and it likes we had to get down for...

I was in Dalat when the Hotel was under construction and from outward appearances it looked like it was going to be superb. Which probably contributes to my so so 3 star rating. Its nice enough but given that I upgraded from the superior I was expecting more. Clean and comfortable bed but the room is small.
