Blue Home Homestay — Hotel in Hà Nội

This place is in a very good location where it is near a lot of mini stores, food stands, fruit and vegetable stands, as well as other businesses in basic services that I need. I like how this place a has a fridge where I can put foods that need to be refrigerated from spoiling. Very good price to use the washer where I only need to make a one-time payment of 30,000 Dong. The owner Thanh is a very nice and fair person when it comes to her prices. She gave me a good deal on staying at her place for one month. Her housekeeper is a very friendly person to get along with. This place is definitely better than the last place that I stayed at in Hanoi which was too far from the city center and near the airport where I didn't need to be near the airport. The owners of the last place I was staying at were nice but too strict and uptight about little things. They also did not let me use their washer to wash my clothing in where I would have paid them something but instead send my clothing to the cleaners where they lost one of my dress pants, and when I asks them what happen to it, they claim that the cleaners don't know anything about it, for all I know these owners probably know the cleaners and were trying to give them business by sending my clothing to them. I ask them for compensation for this which they refused, and they didn't even apologize to me only to say to me that they don't lose clothing and trying to place the blame on me that I never gave them this dress pants to wash and tried to place the blame on me that I maybe misplaced this pair of pants. They could have avoided all this trouble by either letting me use their washer to wash my clothing and hang it up on their rooftop clothesline or wash it for me in their washer and hang it up on their rooftop clothesline where I would have paid them for it. This place was also in a bad location too where it is not even close to any grocery stores where I can buy food to cook. Just a bunch of restaurants with a bunch of aggressive owners trying to get you into their place to eat. This hotel doesn't even have a place where I can buy food to cook. The owner even gave me lousy advice by saying that his place is good for coming into the city center which is 1 hour and 45 minutes by bus. I do not recommend this hotel Sao Mai Cosy Nest Noi Bai Airport at 6Q8J+PF3, Thôn, Điền Xá, Huyen Soc Son, Hanoi, Vietnam to any future guests that want easy access to the city center. I also do not recommend for future guests to trust them with your clothes to wash because they are a little shady and could be really a bunch of clothing thieves that steal clothing that might be high valued or any valuables they might find it it. These owners seemed a little shady. This place is only good for people that need to be near the airport and have a very early flight that they need to be there on time. This Sao Mai Cosy Nest Noi Bai Airport was a horrible shady...

I really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation...

The location is very good in that it is near a lot of little stores, food stands, fruit and vegetable stands, as well as basic services that I need. It's like having a lot of instant grocery stores nearby. I really like how it is near that big major grocery store WinMart! I like how the rooms are very clean. Definitely a lot cleaner than the last place that I stayed at near the airport. The shower is a lot roomier where I have a lot more standing room than the last place that I was staying at where the shower head was in an awkward position where I had to bend down and be near the doorway. This place is much better than Sao Mai Cosy Nest Noi Bai Airport Hotel located at 6Q8J+PF3, Thôn, Điền Xá, Huyen Soc Son, Hanoi, Vietnam which I highly do not recommend to future guests! I was very surprised that this last hotel that I stayed at Sao Mai was getting constant wonderful feedback. I'm even surprised that that Sao Mai hotel has a 3.9 overall feedback rating, and this one Blue Home Homestay is 3.8 overall feedback which is a little less than Sao Mai. This Blue Home deserves to have a 4.5 out of 5 or higher! It definitely deserves a higher rating than this terrible...
